Just moved to Arizona. Found Debbie's with one rating but it was a 5 star rating. I'll make it a second 5 star rating. They had what I wanted. They were willing to spend as little or as much time with me as I wanted. I did not feel lost as a newcomer but also not singled out. There were a variety of ages of people in there. The only reason that I'm only attaching three stars instead of five is because of their security guard at this location. Something needs to be done. We are customers and patients and do not deserve to be talked to or treated the way that I just was inside of your dispensary. I had an online order, and for some reason I was forced to go into the back room, as a young girl had said she was going to come right around, I pulled on the door because I had heard a click. And there are a lot of dispensaries that have more advanced systems for letting people in the door, this apparently isn't one of them and he decided to shout in front of a room full of people at me, not even someone I was dealing with that "she'll come around and let you know". I had extremely high anxiety, and being addressed or spoken to you in that manner that volume and that tone made me go into a full-boar panic attack. It was the rudest I've ever been spoken to at Debbie's. I will come back to this dispensary but I've made it very clear to management that I do not want to deal with the security guard, I have come to know Debbie's as a warm and caring environment and this gentleman does not speak to your core values and I don't want anything to do with him ever again. I don't like the way he looks at me or any of the other females that go into this dispensary. The North Phoenix location is not that much further, and I guarantee you the gentleman inside of that building would never have spoken to me the way that this one did. read more

I used to buy at debbies everytime on 27 ave for the mohave brand and dr.zodiac cartiges but then they wouldnt accept my valid mexico passport and the Debbie's on 99 ave wouldnt have an issue with it...the guy at 99 ave told me to go back to 27 ave and they should accept it ..well i came back one day and they accept it and started goin there all the time again until today again they didnt accept it again...but 99 ave does accept it..is it descrimination??or place a sign outside at least of your supposedly new rules before waitin in line for 20 min..!!crazy read more

Peoria store does not have medical strength inventory on Thurs, the day medical customers are given discounts. When staff are asked about availability, answers are "everyone in the valley has problems getting inventory". OK, but when I drove to different dispensaries the same day, the medical strength products were available at several dispensaries-- just not Debbie's. Hmmm. When Debbie's staff are asked to include customers in email or text alerts about new product drops, "we can't do that. You have to call ahead". Other dispensaries are able to email and text product specials and new drops. Hmmm When Debbie's staff are asked about types of product--Indica, sativa, vs hybrid, staff reply, they are all hybrid. Hmmm. Other dispensaries clearly understand the differences and are careful to explain the product honestly. Bottom line: if you want medical product go to Oasis and save yourself the time and trouble. Hybrid at night is a guaranteed sleepless night. Too bad..... read more
