Review update: all the positives from before; nice staff, good variety, etc but with recent improvements since they were bought by JARS: they decreased serve times by doing away with getting a number, now you check in with your ID at the desk so when you're called in to the POS area that part is already handled. In addition, they only accept cash now which is actually a good thing because they did away with the card fee and once again hastened the process by eliminating the sometimes janky card reader machines that could slow things down. read more

Like going into a doctor's office. You're greeted by a rent-a-cop. At least he's nice but you get the impression he's checking you out or something. It's a bit weird. They take your ID and keep it, telling you to sit down in a stark waiting room with, funny enough, one of those doctor's office receptionist sliding windows. Then they open the locked up vault door and call your name just like a doctor's office. Then you go back to the dark weed vault to get ID'd one more time. I asked for a Pax cartridge. "Oh, we don't have that. But we have this." I leave. Going to Tucson instead. Their staff has no training about the products they sell and how to educate the customers about usage. None! I told this young kid that I suffer from chronic pain due to Rheumatoid Arthritis. Oh yes, he has that too, sold me some gummies which did nothing. I returned, different person, same outcome, more gummies and he has migraines too. They are trained to commiserate with the customer and sell, sell, sell. Several people in my neighborhood have told similar stories of not knowing what to do with the products or how to use them as this is an older community. Crappy weed and they don't stand behind their products. I asked specifically for flower, dirt grown and organic fertilizer. I bought what the budtender suggested. Turns out it wasn't grown in soil, it wasn't organic and it had no smell. I tried to return it but they have a no return policy. Even though they ignored what I asked for they took no responsibility. I just wanted my money back because it was not what I had asked for. They offered a 25% discount on their other crappy weed. I'm looking for money back, they offer more of their ditch weed at a 25% discount. They aren't serious about quality flower. I'd leave no stars if I could. read more

I love Hana! I am not a regular marijuana user I have been a recreational user only occasionally since the late 90's and allot has changed since then. I just like to see what's out there these days and some times ample new things. I have been to a number of places where I feel like I am just rushed through and made to feel dumb for some of my questions about all of the various products not feeling welcome at all. However when I go to Hana they always make me feel welcome, supported and educated in my purchase decisions. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable and the prices are very competitive and great quality products.
