From the moment I walked up to the window, the employee with the pink hair made me feel unwelcome. Instead of greeting me or acknowledging me as a customer, the first thing she said was, "Make sure you wait until you're called up." I had already been waiting in line, so the interaction immediately felt unnecessarily cold and dismissive. When it was my turn, the attitude didn't improve. She was short, unprofessional, and made me feel like I was inconveniencing her simply by picking up an order I had already paid for. There was no basic customer service no greeting, no friendliness, and no effort to make the interaction pleasant. What made it even more concerning was that she appeared to be training another employee. If that's the example being set for new staff, that's disappointing because customer service should be one of the first things being taught. Her demeanor came across as if she simply didn't care about the customer experience. I've been a customer here before and have always had positive experiences, which is why this stood out so much. This review isn't about expecting over the top service it's about being treated with basic respect and courtesy. I sincerely hope management addresses this, because one interaction like this can leave a lasting impression and doesn't reflect the experience I've come to expect from your dispensary.
