There can be good prices on items at times, but if you say you're open till midnight, be open till midnight. The last two times I went-both Sunday nights-they had the guard outside turning people away. One was all 11:45. The other was at 11:54. Granted the second time was getting close, but that's the entire point of having a closing time: so customers can get in before closing. Neither time had people waiting outside or a lengthy line. One of their selling points is that they're open later than all the other shops that close at 9 or 10. When you can't rely on them to honor their own posted hours, that reflects poorly on them. I don't recommend this dispensary, as someone coming from LA and other friends who have gone here on their own - the staff seems to always be negative and petty. I went here today, it was late 11:50pm, they said they cut the line at midnight - there were still people getting in line, but the security guard Angel- to show off in front of everyone else - didn't let me in line. I think it was racial discrimination. As well as just being rude and petty. Then he got the inventory manager, instead of the actual manager (or he was busy, and wouldn't see a customer) She said her name was Osha - she immediately was rude to me - like just snappy and did not let me get out a full sentence to express myself, and then was like you just want to argue. Jordan is a terrible manager there, everyone has 0 customer service honestly, but Jordan tops the charts. Imagine being the manager there and having more attitude than your younger workers saying it was a hippa violation that I was listening to someone talk my camera and microphone were NOT on. Yall need new managers in there. The 1 only time they answered i asked if they sell The Turn Pod pack with a Pod combo and the person on the phone said no and hung up immediately, I wasn't even able to follow up with anything else after. I HAVE HAD MORE FUN GETTING BUSTED BY THE POLICE WHILE BUYING WEED!! I finally gave up and sat on the floor while in line because I have arthritis in my back and cannot stand for that long. That is why I get a medical card but they DON'T EVEN HAVE A MEDICAL LINE! If you have a medical card because your back actually hurts don't go there it will only hurt worse by the time you get through that line. Also I found it near impossible to order online. After 3 weeks of trying I thought that I finally had it figured out and went in to pick up the order but after I stood sat in that line for that long they still didn't have it ready. Extremely understaffed. They make you check in and wait around in the store while you wait to hear your name called to be next in line. This system fails quickly when there's around 20 people waiting and it's unclear how long you're going to be waiting. There's systems that other dispensaries have implemented like an online order line, a walk in line, and a medical line, which works very well and they need to do.
