We initially contacted EHEZ to add an additional electric meter. They came out to inspect our…read moreproperty, and gave us an accurate quote. In order to complete the meter, they needed additional work from other contractors such as roof, and dry wall. Prisila, who runs the business side, prepared all the quotes with the additional licensed and bonded subs so we knew exactly how much it cost. Ultimately, the work of the subs was much more than we had anticipated and we didn't move forward with the project as it was ultimately not necessary. However, the process of orchestrating this whole thing was amazing. I could not have been more impressed with the accuracy and integrity of this business. Additionally, while he was there, our tenants felt comfortable enough to share with him some concerns they had about the electrical breakers. Eric provided recommendations to me (cost effective) to help address their issues. I am very grateful with their kind coordination with our tenants and we were able to help our tenants be more comfortable. If we have any more electrical concerns, we will certainly be using EHEZ
