The photographer did a nice job…read more But, when we started getting offers and had a contract, there was one part of the Z Team, Dustin, that was unprofessional. It also turns out he's the office manager, so there was no way, unfortunately, to avoid him being part of any of the transactions. He was even very unethical in making a concessions offer to the interested buyer without consulting us first! He's arrogant and doesn't know how to promptly communicate updates to us. Thankfully, our real estate attorney, Dale Hauser from Urban & Burt was very professional and on-the-ball with every bit of this sale. If we could have chosen who received the commission from the sale of our house, it would have gone to our real estate attorney as he did all of the work. At closing, our real estate attorney, once again, came through for us. The Z-Team didn't even bother to show up or even call to give instructions/directions on their part of the closing process. Our attorney had to call them and their response was to just put the check in the mail. Very poor experience as a whole. And, I definitely would NOT recommend them to anyone.
