No shade to anyone else, but if she's the only person who can consistently make my eyebrows match, avoid over-plucking, and not nick my skin, then it really makes me question the consistency of the service as a whole.I appreciate Nick trying to make things right, and I don't have anything personal against the staff. Unfortunately, this just isn't going to work for me anymore. I can't keep playing Russian roulette with my eyebrows and hoping they turn out okay. Went in for a simple acrylic set refill. When I told the lady that there was still old polish…read moreshowing she first pretended and fumbled around like she couldn't see the GREEN on white. Then she thought the color looked okay when the nude white set I asked for looked like I had asked for marble. She blamed me that my old acrylic set was more white and this new one was a lighter white. I've been getting my nails done for 20 years. I laughed and said "so...you should be able to fix that and blend it" THEN she finally decided to do something... lazy ass. WORST part was that a giant chunk of acrylic was left under one of my nails so I asked if she could file it away... she proceeded to try to cut it off with the nail clipper. It was stuck to the part under my nails...the skin....which got torn and I pleaded with her 8-9 times over ten minutes to just file it and that it's hurting be she would say she's not pulling it and would give me the pliers to see if I could try. We ended up just leaving it there after 20 minutes. The skin under my nails is torn like when it gets pulled up away from the nail due to her pulling and pulling on the piece. I was getting so heated I had to raise my voice at her. Will never ever ever go back and unfortunately this is the nail place across from my townhome :/
