When I questioned this, Zoe brought Jazlyn to the front to discuss what happened in front of several other customers. I specifically paid for the removal, so I expected the old material to actually be removed and my natural nails to be cleaned up and shaped afterward. My pedicure was only okay. One of my big toes was also left with old gel/product still on it. The cleanliness and hygiene practices were another concern for me. The towels used during my pedicure felt very rough and worn, and a large amount of paper towels were used on my feet instead. Overall, the experience did not feel clean or professional. For $66, I expected much better attention to detail, proper removal, shaping, and basic cleanliness. I left with unfinished-looking nails and ended up needing to fix them myself afterward.
