I went up and after waiting a reasonable couple minutes, one of the two guys stepped off the grill to take our order. He was friendly and quick; we ordered two Philly cheesesteaks and asked about the chocolate chip cookies. He told us they were totally out of the cookies. He pointed out the two deserts on display at the order window and I told him we would try out the carrot cake. Our total was $25 and we added a tip. He advised us it would be about 10 minutes for our order to come out, which we appreciated the estimate. It was about 10-15 minutes when he called us to the pick up window to grab our food. He handed us the two boxes with cheesesteaks in them with some napkins. We asked about our carrot cake and it said they were all out he apologized and gave us two brownies...unfortunately they didn't even look very appetizing. I opened my box up and was immediately disappointed and skeptical--the meat looked overcooked and dry. When I picked it up oil dripped from the bottom of the sub buns and each bite caused oil to drip down my chin it was flavorless, and the overcooked meat was hard and dry. Definitely could improve with more seasoning, less oil and some more mayo. Very disappointing. Hubby agreed and after trying the brownies he said they weren't very good either. I swapped the bread for sourdough, but it didn't have much of that signature sourdough tang. My sandwich was also cut from the end of the loaf, so the tapering meant I got a bit less bread. Flavor-wise, the chipotle mayo carried the sandwich. The bacon was of the pre-cooked, ready-to-eat variety--like what you'd find from Oscar Mayer or Kirkland. Not bad, but a little underwhelming since I was expecting freshly cooked based on a coworker's hype. The bacon was also clumped in the center, which was surprising considering the care they put into packaging. Would've been better evenly distributed for balanced bites. Packaging was excellent. Everything comes beautifully packed and cleanly presented--puts places like Subway to shame. Toppings come a la carte, so you can build the flavor profile to your liking. Even came with utensils, which you don't always get for other places. Making you have to walk back in to get them. The box also included: Carrot slices - Fresh and sweet, a nice surprise. Ranch dip - A bit green in color (maybe herbs?), but didn't taste off. Chocolate chip cookie - Soft, not dry, and packed with big chunks of chocolate. Very good. For $11.99, I felt the value was decent, especially with the sides and thoughtful packaging (heavy-duty box and thick plastic bags for the carrots and pickle so they don't spill). Just be aware that extras will cost extra--those add-ons can creep up if you're not paying attention. Ordering online was easy, and they offer a rewards program for repeat customers. The shop itself has a nice atmosphere--clean, welcoming, and good for a quick lunch. Just remember to bring your own drink, as beverages aren't included. Bottom line: A great place for a well-packaged, satisfying lunch. With a few tweaks to ingredient prep, it could easily be a 5-star spot.

We ate under a huge tent. The meal was catered by Chef Choice. It was an amazing dinner. The food was excellent and quite tasteful. The servers were amazing. Even in the heat they were super efficient without rushing people. They were kind, engaging, and presented as people who actually enjoyed their job. I would highly recommend Chef Choice for any event that requires catering. I attend a lot of weddings and this was perhaps the best catered wedding meal I have had.
