I was wrong, I described the issue and they came out to do the structural work. My floor was sloping as I told them before, during work and after the work. They said they had done all they could do. I had to hire a structural engineer to inspect their work. They came back and made a change to the work they did do. However, the structural engineer discovered the real issue with the slope was something else. In summary, this company should not be doing structural work and I would not hire them to do structural work. I don't believe their error was out of ignorance of their expertise but a desire to make a buck regardless Additionally the communication was amateurish. One hand didn't know what the other was doing. They scheduled some work but didn't inform me they they'd scheduled it. one guy would tell me something and the other man hadn't been kept informed.

A business is know by the employees they hire and customer rating. Anyone to include family members and friends can give a high rating. However, the question is are they true. All business affiliated with the BBB pays their yearly fees to advertise but many of those can't deliver. This is one that will LIE about appointments and can't deliver! A one star rating is not good enough.
