Anyway I guess I should have looked harder for a dentist but I was kind of on a time crunch. So they knew they didn't take my insurance and the quoted me like 400 bucks. So they did X-rays before the cleaning. I have some dental issues which I'm pretty self conscious about. Dr. Motts saw my X-rays and came in the little room I was in and started talking loud ,.or he seemed pretty loud to me , saying I was missing a bunch of teeth. I mean does he think I'm not aware of my dental situation ? Or did he believe everyone needed to hear about my problems? I don't know why he was so mean to me. We told him we were interested in getting a partial. He say more than once that a partial was 1500 bucks at his office. Again I don't know why that was necessary I just know I was embarrassed and I felt ashamed of missing teeth. Now I don't know if he's that way to everyone or he just didn't like me. I decided to skip the cleaning and we paid for the X-rays and left. The X-rays themselves were 400 bucks so thank God I skipped the cleaning or I would have had to pay twice what I expected to. I would rather pay 2000 for a partial than go back to this dentist. I remember how people made me feel and he didn't make me feel good at all. I hope he's not like that with all his patients and I guess he's not or he would have failed years ago.

I called my dentist and explained that I am in pain and what occurred. Went to see him and they cleaned my teeth and prescribed medicine for an infection/pain. Picked up the prescription and I was still in pain. My wife gave me their number and told me to call them. Long story short. Tooth was extracted and found out I have gum disease. I started my journey here back in November for a tooth extraction and dental implant surgery. The entire procedure was meant to be a redo of a failed root canal. But, of course, that option is cheaper, so they convinced me to get an implant instead. After my tooth extraction, they never called me to even schedule my follow up appointment for the implant. I had to reach out to them first. Five whole months go by and it's finally time for my permanent crown... and it DOESN'T fit. I paid $4,000 cash and you can't even get it right?? Whatever, they told me to come back early the next week when they get another one. Well, a week goes by, NOBODY CALLED ME. I reached out myself, they told me to come in the next day for my implant as I will be leaving with a new smile. I took off work to make the appointment.. just for them to call as I was pulling in the parking lot that there was a misunderstanding and my crown hasn't even shipped yet. Absolutely pathetic!!!!! The mental damage this has caused me can never be fixed or replaced. It's something I have to live with, but PLEASE consider other options before coming here to waste your money and time...
