In Nov 2016 me and my son found a new housing project we were interested in and invited Chris Ades to split the refferal fee. He agreed to a 40/60 split in Nov and we had high expectations that he would come thru with his promise since his Mom was in the industry and came highly recommended. Long story short Chris denied any agreement was made just 5 days before closing. Chris Ades and Blackstone Realty received $12,000 for the refferal and did not come thru with his 40/60 split as he promised. Chris and Blackstone Realty are dis-honest and will mis-lead you.
