Terrible Experience with Jason Templeton State Farm Insurance Agency!! I recently had the unfortunate experience of dealing with Jason Templeton State Farm Insurance Agency, and I must say, it was nothing short of a nightmare. Their customer service , was abysmal and left me feeling frustrated and taken advantage of. First and foremost, their communication is a complete disaster. I reach out to their customer service after learning that our car insurance policies was CANCELLED underwriting WITHOUT US KNOWING! And WITHOUT TALKING TO US. When I was able to talked to Mia finally. She said they reach out to us through MAIL .. MAIL ONLY!! Unfortunately ,my bad for not opening and paying attention to their mail, since i did not expect anything bad from them , but my monthly BILL, which is drafted automatically, so all I really do is make sure that there is enough money on there so that they can charge me. This issue my not be cause by the people that work there but, NO CALLS! NO EMAILS! NO EFFORT TO REACH US to discuss the matter, from their office??. THEY JUST CANCELLED IT. because they can? AFTER 2 MONTHS OF PAYING THEM!!!! and with NO EFFORT TO GET A HOLD OF US.. When I asked why they Cancel our insurance, they mentioned that my husband's DL was suspended for 36 months since 2021. Which is not true, we checked through DDS, the official website. And it was not suspended! And if it was suspended why wait after 2 months with them to cancel us??. and why did they accepts us in the first place, if My Husband's DL was suspended for 36 months since 2021??!! Again, this issue may not be caused by the people that work in Jason Templeton State Farm Insurance Agency, it may come from the head office but NO CALLS! NO EMAILS! NO EFFORT TO REACH US to discuss the matter, from their office??. After, talking to Mia, and trying to see what we need to do to prove that he has a valid DL, She just said find another insurance cause there is nothing we can do to help! WHAAAATTT???!!! You did not try to talk to us to discuss this matter at all, and now we don't have an insurance, and we have a lapse and you're NOT EVEN TRYING TO HELP US??!!! This left me feeling abandoned and unsure about what to do next . It was an absolute nightmare. The lack of empathy was astonishing. In addition, the overall attitude of their customer service representative was dismissive and uncaring. It was as if they saw me as nothing more than a nuisance rather than a paying customer in need of assistance. This lack of empathy only added insult to injury, making the entire experience even more frustrating. I've had dealings with other insurance companies in the past, and this by far has been the worst encounter. Jason Templeton State Farm Insurance Agency complete disregard for their customers and their inability to provide clear and accurate communication is appalling. I would strongly advise anyone considering their services to think twice and explore other options. My experience with Jason Templeton State Farm Insurance Agency has left me feeling utterly disappointed and thoroughly dissatisfied. Now we have to deal with finding another insurance company and the after effects of what they did, since we have a lapse now. I am extremely impressed with this insurance office - Jason's staff is exceptional in their customer service and helping their clients out. Charlie, agent, has gone above and beyond expectations for my policy. I acquired this insurance company several months ago, and they have yet to disappoint me. I get holiday and birthday cards from them, which is a great gesture of appreciation. I had a car accident this January 2022, and this office has been there for me through thick and thin. They are just great professionals all around. I highly recommend this office for insurance, even if you pay a pretty penny for the service, it is totally worth it. I appreciate all of the help this office has provided me in the short time of my business with them. It is refreshing to deal with pleasant people.
