Jason came over. Looked at my hardware. Quoted me 250 and two weeks. Over the next 3 mo ths he raised the price 4 or 5 times, final price 600.00 When i finally got it back after months and months of more excuses than timely communication i found the cooling system was not dunctional. I reported this to him. He denied it. He assumed because i was hiring him that i must not know anyrhing about computers. Which is very much not the case. He was condescending and not informative or helpful. Blew smoke up my ass as often as he could. Made excuses about literally everythi g. When i told him the pump was not functional he said the pc wouldnt work (he assumed i had been using it extensively i guess?) So the very nextday if failed fully due to overheating. I had to re buy a bunch of hardware and re-do it myself which took less than a week because unlike jason i am not an idiot and a thief. He willl overcharge you and under deliver. His entire business hinges on you not knowing enough about computers to see how incompetent he is. Jason sucks and whe i confeonted him about this he just ghosted me and never replied. Not only is he incredibly educated and efficient in his field of work, but he is super accommodating and patient. I made a stupid mistake when ordering a hard drive for my laptop, and he tracked down UPS to make sure the issue was fixed. So amazing! Truly going above and beyond. Hiring someone to fix a laptop/iPhone is a very personal experience, especially since we have so much privileged info on these devices. So yet another 5-star review! I contacted Jason and he responded quickly. Very polite and concise. I told him what I thought my computer was doing (Hard Drive Failure) and brought it in. He checked it out and yes, it was the hard drive. So he ordered a new Solid State Hard Drive now and the performance is off the charts! Also, he said I needed a new battery so I got a new one of those. The battery however doesn't charge very fast, so he offered to order a new one from a different manufacturer and try that out!
