Very personable and great people…read more I've used them three or four times, with two different insurances, over the course of maybe fifteen years. They always worked with my schedule (could only do afternoons, not mornings, for instance). Some of the modalities I've not seen elsewhere include Hiveamitt (I'll have to check the spelling on that later), and Laser pen treatment. The other treatments I've received included tens unit, exercise machines, fitness bands, and balance/strengthening. Would highly recommend. Will update with pictures later.

We did not have any dealings with the owner - we dealt with Cherie Barajas Administrative Manager and my review is exactly as the events unfolded. Our PCP was aware of the numerous attempts and work on our part to get things straightened out and felt that the communication between Rehability and their office was lacking because of information not reaching them. As I previously stated our first experience when ordering diabetic shoes through them was a great experience but this last time it was an experience of lack of communication and frustration on all parts of the equation. We were saddened to hear from Cherie that Rehability had decided not to offer diabetic shoes any longer because of non payment from insurance companies. I bear no grudge against this company - this is just an accounting of our experience with ordering Neil's shoes. I hope this clears up the matter completely. We wish them well in their future business dealings.

Sam, the xray technician was great, answered all my questions and explained everything. I was well taken care of for sure. I went back for a self imposed follow-up to make sure there was nothing else to be done and to be checked out and that was on Wed, April 22. Another Melissa who is a care giver whom I have dealt with in the past reviewed everything, answered my questions with no rushing. You have to scan a QR code to complete check in paperwork which was fast to do. The most we waited was 10 mins before being seen. This urgent care does do RSV testing for kids. The nurse was super friendly and knew how to talk to my niece and made her feel comfortable and not scared. She even took us in the room where there was a TV and put Bluey on for her. When they did the testing for RSV. She swapped very gently and even did a really good method for her to not feel the swab going in deep into her nose. The doctor was amazing and knew all the right words to say. Overall my experience here was great and I would come back here for any urgent care visits.

I made an appointment…read moreas a new patient, arrived 15 minutes early, as requested, and after waiting for an hour 15 minutes past my appointment time I left explaining to the front desk staff that I couldn't wait any longer. I don't appreciate my time not being respected, as Dr expect theirs to be respected. Also, as I waited, I heard every word of the conversation the Dr had with the patient in the room next to mine. The walls are paper thin and the Dr talks very loud. I learned that the patient in the next room didn't have an appointment but the Dr "squeezed" her into his schedule. I'm glad he felt he could do that but clearly at my expense!!! After the patient left, the Dr did his dictation for her chart in the hall for all to hear and then talked about the patient with his nurse for all to hear. I value my privacy and wouldn't go back even if the staff called to reschedule, which they did no so. If this Dr values his patients, you would think the front desk staff would have called me trying to reschedule my appointment. I would not recommend this office to anyone!
