If my doctors office did not send the right paperwork you should have called me and let me get with them instead of just waiting and then closing my account. Update: This is an addendum to my previous review in which the owner Desiree Gagne' replied to with erroneous information given to her by her employees. We did not have any dealings with the owner - we dealt with Cherie Barajas Administrative Manager and my review is exactly as the events unfolded. Our PCP was aware of the numerous attempts and work on our part to get things straightened out and felt that the communication between Rehability and their office was lacking because of information not reaching them. As I previously stated our first experience when ordering diabetic shoes through them was a great experience but this last time it was an experience of lack of communication and frustration on all parts of the equation. We were saddened to hear from Cherie that Rehability had decided not to offer diabetic shoes any longer because of non payment from insurance companies. I bear no grudge against this company - this is just an accounting of our experience with ordering Neil's shoes. I hope this clears up the matter completely. Their Spring Hill, Florida office disappointed in both the PT and leg Moffit. The pt therapist heard nothing I said and tried to impose on me their plan (minus my requests and goals). Suffice it to say I did not return for pt there and went to my trusted therapist. The leg brace shown me was black, nothing was shown as white. They made one in white so I requested they redo it in black, the same color I was shown. The therapist agreed so I left with the verbal contract that a new one would be made in black. The next day the office manager Shery(unsure of spelling) called to state they refuse to make it again then several days later I called say I'd accept the white one and she refused saying she'd take the issue to the owners. I then received a letter canceling their business with me. Ps: I was measured for the leg brace Apr 26 and was never called relating their lateness on completing the order til after I called them in late June/early July asking where it was. They blamed it on issues with Medicare then on inability to reach doctor who ordered the brace. Beware. Rehability doesn't honor their verbal contract after playing bait and switch on their leg splint And it took several months for it to show up. read more

I have never met a group of people who are kinder to their patient's and who work so hard for each of them no matter what. My son is 12 years old and needed Physical Therapy and the pediatric facility who was covered by his insurance was less than accommodating. I then started seeking out any other place to take him, weather I had to pay out of pocket or not. I have worked in the healthcare field in Hernando County for over 15 years. I have seen the good, the bad and the ugly. As I stated before, the staff is the most exceptional staff around. From the first contact on the phone at the front desk to the therapists in the back. The staff knew my name, and my son's. They made each visit PERSONABLE! We didn't ever feel like just another dollar sign to them. We felt like actual PEOPLE! Melissa, the Physical Therapist was so kind and informative when speaking to my son. He was provided with Home Exercises each time he left the office to insure his full potential was achieved while in therapy. They accommodated my work schedule, and were NEVER behind. The lobby is CLEAN (which is a huge plus) and inviting with a TV to watch and lots of informative handouts to chose from if you're looking for other services. The therapy gym is very spacious, and I liked the aspect of a more "one on one" approach, because there wasn't a bunch of other patients in the gym, making it a distraction and too loud to hear. They not only provide Therapy and Orthotics/Prosthetics, but they also offer FREE monthly support groups for patients in the community. Like Stoke and Parkinson's. That is something that our community needs more of. In my opinion, this is a ONE STOP SHOP! As a nurse in the community, I am always quick to recommend them to my friends and family. Oh, and I even was able to spoil MYSELF with a free 25 min chair massage by the Massage Therapist that was there that day! Rachel, Donna, Cherie, Emily, Vladimyr, Bridget, Desiree and Art are all the REAL Superhero's! THANK YOU for all you do for our community and our veterans! read more

Rehability Prosthetic & Orthotics are just amazing.. The front desk girls are so nice, and greet you when you walk in, they remember you name, and make you feel comfortable. My Physical Therapists Melissa & Vladimyr and they have been so wonderful, kind, and caring. I feel like I was a complete mess my first session. I cried, I couldn't walk properly, I had zero movement of my 5 toes on my left foot, and you couldn't even touch the bottom of my foot. Now 6 weeks later, after going twice a week, I have made a tremendous improvement!! I HUGE turn around!! I am in a better place mentally and physically I feel great!! I do have to be extended 4 more weeks, but that is to gain strength because I have not walked properly in 5 months. Melissa and Vladimyr push me to do my best, they want to see me reach my goals, and are passionate about their jobs. Sending me to Physical Therapy, and Sending me to Rehability Prosthetics & Orthotics was the BEST thing my Orthopedic Surgeon did for me!
