Last year none were to be found in the Estero/Bonita Springs area so this year we made a longer drive to Naples. It was worth it. The World Market at Coconut Point Mall in Estero has been closed for several years so the Naples location was my best option, other than Fort Myers. Even though the stock was a bit picked over, I was able to find an attractive set. A hit with our family on Christmas Day. I also picked up a few small gifts and wrapping supplies. This World Market is smaller than my local one in the San Francisco Bay area. But it was well laid out and staff were helpful. I have counted on World Market for 50 years, going back to when it was known as Cost Plus. Happy to find this one!

I have been visiting Best of Everything for years when I'm in Southwest Florida. I used to think they offered good value for my money but over the last two years, prices have risen more than the value of the merchandise. Even the used furnishings which clearly had damage and wear and tear, would not be discounted when I asked. I came here a few months back and saw some items I liked. They were stupidly expensive. So I left without purchasing them. Came back again and the same items were actually priced higher. If you do come here and find something you are interested in, find out what it is and take a few pics. Then leave and do some research online. Chances are good that you will find it elsewhere for alot less. Customer service here is pretty bad. Everyone I encountered was so snooty, we couldn't wait to get out. Do you know how many good used furniture or consignment places there are in the area? TONS! Don't waste a minute here.

I called the store immediately thinking what a headache this will be.. To my surprise, the reaction couldn't have been better. I was promised a new piece of the sectional and it would be delivered to me ,a few weeks later by Alex and his wife. They took the day on his personal day off on Saturday and bought me a new piece of the entire sectional took the old one out put the new one in made sure it was working as designed.... I've retired from Mercedes-Benz after 40 years of service customer . Surroundings, Alex and team impeccable service every time all the time.. I am ecstatic that personal service still exists Thank you again to Alex and his wife for taking their personal time on a Saturday to make sure all commitments were met at ease Better Than Excellent

I returned an item and was told I had a "credit." At no point was it clearly explained that this credit could only be used in-store. Like most customers, I reasonably understood "credit" to mean I could either use it toward a purchase or request a refund. When I explained that I no longer live in the area and asked if they could send me a check instead, I was told no--only after the fact. This lack of transparency is unacceptable. If there are strict policies, they should be clearly communicated upfront, not revealed only when it's inconvenient for the customer. The entire interaction felt misleading and poorly handled. Beyond that, the communication was unprofessional and dismissive. A business should prioritize clarity, fairness, and customer service--none of which I experienced here. I will not be returning and would caution others to be very careful when dealing with this store.
