I made an appointment online for 10 a.m. however I dropped the vehicle off the night before. Received notice by 8:40 a.m. that the car was ready for pickup! Now the really great part is the peace of mind that we're left with. A simple oil change and tire rotation also included a detailed inspection report of our vehicle. 2 areas of concern were found, both being fluids that were topped off at no additional cost. On vacation from Texas and transmission went out for the fourth time from rebuilds in Texas. Same…read moreproblem, forward clutch pack failed...again. Had truck towed to Quality Transmissions. Met Richard, the owner, and he have me a tour of his shop. Most transmission shops are parts replacers and their diagnostic tools are a visual inspection. Richard has the equipment to completely rebuild valve bodies to make them as good as new. Richard rebuilt my valve body (big part of my trannys problem). He also said the forward clutch pack was built with inadequate clearance and there were parts missing from the overdrive section. Richard kept me informed of the progress throughout the rebuild and the final price was cheaper than he quoated when you factor in the upgraded torque converter I requested. Have about 500 miles on rebuild, 300 of which is pulling a 10k 5th wheel. Three year warranty too. Take it to Quality to get a high quality rebuild at a very reasonable price. Thanks, Dale

I was…read morehoping Richard's Automotive could fix a coolant leak in a Ford F150 Turbo, a 13-hour billable repair and about $2,300.00. After 10 days (eight working days) and multiple excuses/lies I got my truck back with the front tires rubbing when turning, turbo leaks, and a check engine light with a turbo error displayed within 20 miles of pick-up, all documented by Ford. I gave Richard's Automotive the opportunity to be a responsible business and make good on their bad repair, they chose to defend the undefendable. Luckily, Ford was able to correct their incomplete or poor repair, provided video and written evidence that Richard's Automotive did not complete the repair correctly. Unfortunately, the Ford repair of Richard's Automotive negligence cost me an additional $1,400.00. I warn potential customers of this: if your repair is taking too long and the excuses pile up, you should be concerned with the quality of their work. Don't drive off without first test driving the vehicle.

The fix did not last long and it was leaking again. They said that they just needed to torque the bolt and it would be good. A few months later it started leaking in the same place. Since they could not fix it within 2 tries I was not going back. I took it to a place in Kennesaw where they looked at it and said that it looked like it had been torqued too much and had bent the cover. Now I had to pay for the full job again and a new cover and this only cost me $460 where as Chrisitan Brothers charged me $980 and messed up my truck. I contacted them and they told me that since I took it somewhere else to get fixed there is nothing that they would do for me. I think that they owe me the full amount that I paid them or at least the difference of what I paid at the Kennesaw repair shop and the amount that they over charged me. I will never go to any Christian Brothers again because I have now had another person that has said she went in for one thing and now they want to charge her over $10,000. STAY AWAY
