I made an appointment online for 10 a.m. however I dropped the vehicle off the night before. Received notice by 8:40 a.m. that the car was ready for pickup! Now the really great part is the peace of mind that we're left with. A simple oil change and tire rotation also included a detailed inspection report of our vehicle. 2 areas of concern were found, both being fluids that were topped off at no additional cost. I was charged 400 dollars to put a starter on that took maybe 30 minutes.went in to get my keys they was in my truck.. started my truck notice my check engine light was on .. so I went back to the door of the business They were gone gone everyone was gone No one checked to see you know with everything okay with me did my truck start nothing just gone .. mind you they did a diagnostic test on my vehicle so if there was a problem I wouldn't notify but I have now have a check engine light on but my mother always said if it quacks like a duck it's a duck I brought my 300 Chrysler there 2 years ago to get four new tires and the sensor was broke on my tires so this is no one's fault but mine because I should not have went back up there Good luck read more

Had a tire pressure sensor error on my truck, had tried the reset processes I found online and in the owners manual, everything pointed to a bad sensor. Took my truck in to drop it off right after they opened. They got a new sensor to show me what it looks like and explained how it works and where it's located. Went back home thinking it would be all day, barely got a cup of coffee poured and they called to say it was ready. Fast as a nascar pit stop. These are nice, friendly, professional people who will have my tire business as long as I use tires. Wish I could give 6 stars. read more

Classic bait & switch. Quotes an outstanding tire at an unbelievable price. You get a completely different tire, with lower warranty and quality, yet still paying the quoted price. First of all- I called about 5 places looking for Honda Fit tires. They're so hard to find. Mission tire answered, was professional and understanding and helped immediately. They had the tires in stock and were super helpful in my research. They were efficient (took less than 1.5 ) in putting on all four tires. Love places that are under the reasonable time they predict. They remembered me from the call and took notes (that's rare!). Cost was the best I've found so far. $450 for all four tires and 3 year insurance on each. After talking to these ladies, I have no doubt they would take care of me. I'll drive from ATL to Cartersville next time I need tires. Nowhere in or around ATL compares to this honesty, care, and quality. read more

On April 27, 2016 I was headed to Atlanta, GA. I ended up at Mission Tire Co. after calling road side assistance and getting my tire changed. The company that I have my road side assistance warranty with recommended Mission Tire Co. WHAT A GREAT PLACE!!! The ladies that were there were beyond friendly & helpful (embarrassed that I did not get their names). The service tech, Lars, was such a super friendly guy and very nice. The ladies worked with my road side warranty company (calling them and etc.) and had me back on the road as soon as possible. I drive by the exit to Cartersville on a monthly basis and have NEVER been in town.. What a neat place. Mission Tire Co is a great place and I do not hesitate to recommend them if for no other reason than their above and beyond customer service. read more

I had a windshield wiper blade come off in the middle of a downpour today. Reached out to Nicholas and he had me come by right then. I was in and out in less than 15 minutes. The tech met me at the door to get my keys and then had me exit out the side door so I wouldn't get wet getting back in my Jeep. I just wanted to say a big thank you to Dianne at Mission Tire. I had a driver in Cartersville that had a tire blow out late in the afternoon. I called several places trying to find someone who provided road service, but kept hearing no. We are located in Chatsworth, GA and I wasn't familiar with the area so I was having trouble trying to pinpoint our vehicles location. I spoke to Dianne at Mission Tire Company and she said there was no one that provided road service in Cartersville. I explained our dilemma and she jumped right in and helped. She knew exactly where our vehicle was from my information, sent a wrecker to pick our vehicle and driver up, replaced the tire, and sent our driver on her way with an invoice. Came to get an alignment and they said they would check the front end before they did the alignment to make sure they could do it. They then told me that I needed a part, and I didn't want to buy it. But they still made me pay for the alignment. They also were hotrodding my truck on the street and in the shop. A BAD ALIGNMENT. Then when I go to leave, my door trim is ripped off and I ask what happened and say it wasn't like that when I arrived, the mechanic said that I was full of shit. Horrible. Won't be back read more

They will listen to your concerns, offer different solutions, and take care of business in a timely fashion.
