On the second appointment Aavis Co. sent to us a subcontractor they partnered with. The technician could not resolve the problem with the existing equipment. I agreed to buy their garage door opener. Work was done, we tested it, and it worked. We paid, requested an invoice/receipt, but technician said he could not give me one, that the office would e-mail me one. I need the invoice to send to my HOME WARRANTY COMPANY with my claim so they can help pay for the new door opener. We check email that night but nothing. Not in SPAM or in-box. The next day we go to use the opener; it opens, but it will not stay down after pressing on the remote to shut the door. I call them, they send the same technician. He works on it again, he tested the door, again, in front of me, and it works. That night the same problem comes back. We clicked the button it would shut, then it would open right back up again (still no invoice). A different technician came back a third time, finally it's fixed. He said a bunch if things were done wrong one of them was the wiring and the sensors were installed incorrectly. I still cannot complete my claim with the warranty company because they have still not provided me with an invoice. The job was completed on August 18, 2025, and we have yet to see an invoice from them. They charged me over $700. and took a lot of my time. :-(

The frame wood holding up the garage door had pulled off the wall in our garage and we were concerned that the heavy garage door would fall, so it was such a relief to have a professional come out to fix things. The work he completed looks phenomenal, and on top of that he went over the entire garage system to ensure it was all working correctly, tightening the chain, loosening the rails, and giving us advice with improvements we could make at a later date with the motor. We just had the motor replaced 2 years ago and I can promise you that the major company that installed it did not put forth any effort to make sure everything was working together correctly.
