Wow! All I can say is WOW! We are just passing through and stayed next door at Fairfield Inn. We saw Kuppa Joy and popped in for some coffee before we hit the road. I'm so glad we did! I got the "Hallelujah" iced coffee that has white chocolate and added Hallelujah cold foam. Best. Coffee. Ever. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The building is gorgeous, inside and out. This place would absolutely get a 5 all day if the location was better. The best part of the whole experience was the staff! They were absolutely sweet, super patient with us being first timers, helpful with the drink suggestions and amount of sweetness goes in. Unfortunately the coffee just wasn't that good enough for me to want to make the effort to come back. Tried the Iced Hallelujah and it was amazing. Saw that their coffee was single origin, which you cant go wrong with. Very convenient drive thru for coffee; however, it did take some time to get thru for the pick up. Customer service was great though, so I will be coming back. read more

This place is amazing and don't let the long lines fool you. They are actually quite quick compared to Starbucks or Dutch Bros. I tend to get the same coffee every time either iced or hot, but consistency is key because it always tastes amazing. The staff is super friendly and very helpful. I tried the Hallelujah coffee and although it didn't quite make my taste buds sing, I was content. The crispy ham and cheese croissant with the cream dipping sauce was the star of the show... I'd go back for that and try another coffee for sure! read more

After posting my initial review, the company reached out to have me fill out a satisfaction form. They then got in touch with me and offered to add two free drinks to my account under my phone number to make up for the less than satisfactory food and drink last time. I went a few days ago to get a drink and the drinks weren't actually on my account, but the manager honored it because I had the email. The customer service here is fantastic! I tried the iced rose matcha specialty drink. The matcha itself tased better than last time, but it wasn't cold so I don't think they shake it with the ice so it needs be stirred to get cold. The rose cold foam had a great flavor but it was really sweet, and they put so much of it on, I probably would have been fine with about half the foam. Overall the drink was really sweet, but it had much better flavor and wasn't watery compared to before. read more

We visited their Visalia location and drove through "The Joy Thru" to pickup breakfast. Our order included their drip coffee, a breakfast panini (egg, Canadian bacon, cheese and chipotle spread served on ciabatta) and a peanut butter cookie. Very happy the highly talked about Kuppa Joy is now in Visalia. I finally got around to trying it yesterday. The drive thru is convenient. I just struggled with the menu only being visible almost immediately to the ordering window. The girl who helped me out was super friendly and let me see the menu and suggested I try the Kuppa Heaven with dark chocolate and it was very good! Super sweet but was I. The mood for sweet so not mad about it. I took pictures of the menu for future reference. Definitely more extensive than I originally thought. Came here today for the first time because we've never been! There is always usually a long line outside when we drive by. Waiting in their drive thru, we were told there was a 2nd lane so we got to order fast ! PS: I wish they had a sign that directed customers towards that 2nd lane because you would never know it's there unless you've been here before. We ordered the Bouquet Latte and the Hallelujah. Our order was made quickly. First sip of the Hallelujah made us scream HALLELUJAH! It was soooooo gooooood. To me it tasted like caramel sweet cream. The bouquet latte however, lacked taste. It tasted like watered down milk with a hint of oranges - a disappointment. Would definitely come here again, but for the Hallelujah and would definitely try the other drinks. Tried for the first time since it is so close to our house and wanted to support small business. My Wife ordered a vanilla latte and I ordered regular coffee with half and half and two Splenda. Gentleman taking the order said they didn't get there delivery and they were out of half and half and Splenda, so he offered heavy cream and Stivia.. Both coffees tastes like warm milk with no flavor at all. I don't run a restaurant or coffee shop, but if I was out if a main product at 8am I would run down and buy what I needed to deliver the best product I could rather than risk loosing a potential returning customer. I will give it another chance and hoping it was just a bad day to try it for the first time. read more

The staff are so nice. I loved my drink! I got the Hallelujah and I got it half sweet and it was perfect! Just the right amount of sweetness. I forgot to mention it was an iced Hallelujah with light ice. I got the chocolate crossaint and it was good but I wish I would have asked for it to be warmed up. The reason I am giving 3 stars is because of the breakfast burrito. I was excited to try the burrito but I couldn't even eat it because the tortilla was not soft. Tortilla was very hard and did not even look like a tortilla or feel like it. I had to go somewhere else for a breakfast bagel. There are times when the drinks are perfect & then there's other days when they're super under sweetened, taste like just straight milk, & super watery. i have been here a handful of times & its 50/50 your drink will be what you ordered.
