Initially, I agreed with those who stated Peter was kind, empathetic, encouraging and professional. He hade a nice website and a good amount of positive reviews from Yelp. I paid a $4500 retainer to him on November 18, 2024 to get help finding my missing mentally ill son in the Roseville/Rocklin area. On December 9th he texted me to say that he had exhausted all the funds I paid him. He did communicate via text when he was surveilling certain locations for my missing son. He stated he was watching shelters and rehab/mental health facilities. He also said he would also search my son's active cell phone to see if a location was available, and communicate with local police. However, I was not given the locations of the shelters, rehabs, or anything from the phone number search (Not sure that even happened). It would have been nice to have breakdown of the locations surveilled and the time spent at each location and who he talked to. At this time, I cannot recommend this service. I do not believe that I received a valuable return on my investment. read more

Two words to describe Peter, honest and trustworthy. I contacted Peter because I had dreadful feeling after my daughter mentioned a guy she was communicating through the social media. After she described his sobbing and amazing story, I just knew it was fake. Prior to meeting him, I told her to ask for his ID to put her at ease. Not only did he send her a blurry image of his ID, but the details were suspicious. I contacted Peter with the details I collected, phone number, address, and image of his ID, and asked him to do a background check explaining I didn't believe this guy was being truthful. First thing in the morning the next day, I received a call from Peter. Urgently trying to reach me, when I returned his call, he confirmed my suspicion. After doing a complete background, not only in California but the entire United States, no one by his name and birthday appeared in the system! He wanted to convey with urgency, to not let my daughter meet this man. He explained the REAL existence of human trafficking and how many young girls fall into these traps by gaining their trust on the web. Peter, even offered to speak to my daughter, to explain this to her. He went above and beyond and did speak to her. And on top of all of this......He DID NOT CHARGE ME for his services!!! He felt it was more important to help and prevent the awful things that could have occurred to my daughter if she had met up with this imposter. I have already confided in some of my close friends and mentioned his help in not only discovering the truth but in convincing my daughter not to commit a regrettable mistake. Normally I do not do reviews but if your thinking of a way to prove your not lying the best option available is to have Polygraph Test performed. I had longtime relationship with a special woman, and we were happy and life was going good. Better than normal for us in almost every way. One day her 25 yr old son decided to intervene in a verbal argument i was having with his 38 yr old male roommate and a close personal friend of mine. Instead of breaking up the argument her son attached be and began chocking me from behind in a choke hold. I am 50 yr old and have back issues so i fell to the ground while the son threw some blows at me......wait ....wait it gets worse. After the incident her son reported to mom that i was a raging maniac and threaten and started the fight. Then he proceeded to tell her I threaten him with a gun. My life partner did not call or text me - instead immediately pack her belongings and left the our shared family home. She would not talk to me answer my phone calls or text messages - Just GHOSTED ME! I really do not blame her for leaving, but she will not let me speak to her to convince her im telling the truth. I have never lied to her and I am not starting now!!! its a lie from her son. Lets just pretend his name is "Austin". So i paid to have a test performed on myself and had the results emailed to her from the testing center. Peter was great it new how to make me feel comfortable, explained the process, help with the questions, and went over in detail the results. I wrote the questions and he helped me polish the wording to be specific for testing. I am not sure its going to solve my relationship problems but at least I have someone and something to show. I am a recent client and I am very unhappy with this experience. This man is a scam artist and I know how he runs his scheme. He will only allow you to ask 4 questions, I asked him why is that the case and he said "oh it is federal law". The reason he only lets you ask 4 questions is because he has a graph already made out, a graph made for lie and a graph made for truths. He will not let you ask a 5th question because he will have to remake the chart, instead he said he will let you buy his service of 4 questions again at a discount. You must send him your questions first via text message the day before so he can determine which graph he will decide to use depending on the depths of the questions. Just lost $250 to this scam artist for a fake polygraph test that only took 10 mins, the FBI should look into this guy. read more
