When I put a claim to my bank, he sent to the bank information from another client, the bank gave me the whole file that have private information from another person, phone number, address, work type, etc. He never did any work on my case and he kept the 3000 dollars. This company claims (in their response) that they gave us a report, that this review was unwarranted & will follow up. THIS IS A LIE. We have not received any type of report and would LOVE a follow up. This response from the company to my review is the first time I've seen any kind of reply and still have not gotten a direct reply. It just goes to prove our point. No, we did NOT want a camera inside the residence. I can paste emails that state it was an OUTSIDE spy cam and we wanted it set up across the street in the neighbor's yard, who had already given permission. I just wrote a reply to this outlandish response to my review and I want to say, I have a contract that was signed May 21, 2021 to hire this scam artist. He is such a lair and all contact came from me expect after I posted this review. He called to threaten me about calling his attorney and I said "great", because this is my experience and there is nothing to sue over. He was looking for over three months, almost four months for my person of interest and did nothing! I have all my call records to show he never instigated a call to me not once! I also have a 9 page report he gave me on my person of interest with very detailed information, even his ss#, and yet he could not find this person?? I hired Mr.Roman to find out if my kids are safe and also to find out about my ex wife's bf info. I paid Mr Roman upfront fee of 3500 dollars. He never called me. I had t call him to see if he has anything He said my file is thick come take a look. N he told me the ex wife's bf is clean. However I asked him to give me the number of his wife cause I knew he is still married. He finally got the no for me n for that I have him two stars. I had retained Frank's services back in 2011 to help me with a desperate situation with my family. I provided a lot of detail related to the shady people who were involved with my terminally ill loved one who was in my home & care under hospice services. He and his professional videographer came to our home to record an interview with several of our family members explaining the circumstances of our ordeal with my ill relative as the main subject giving her first hand account of her alleged abuse. We were told that this video interview would be able to be submitted as evidence in our intended court proceedings. We were also promised that a handwriting specialist would legally certify his authentication of notarized forged signatures on legal documents that were illegally filed previously by the aforementioned shady group that included a local family law attorney's foul involvement. Our situation was literally imminent and direly grave but our intent was to protect our family but also to prevent the wrong doers from having the opportunity to ever attempt what they had done to us, to anyone else. There were 3 people directly involved with the heinous acts, 1 was the attorney, 1 was a previously friendly neighbor, with the last being a less than aquatinted co-worker (nurse) that worked with my loved one at a nearby upper scale retirement community. There were a couple others also involved, the husband of the nurse, the mother of the neighbor, the legal notary or paralegal of the attorney, a couple members of upper management of the retirement community, a couple doctors, hospice care providers just to mention a few. After the passing of my loved one, I reached out to Frank to get the copies of the interview recording and then to also discuss the video and the handwriting authentication. He disappointingly explained that the authentication couldn't be done as it was supposedly explained to him that the signatures couldn't be denied. I had at least 7 pages of different signatures on court filed docs that were clearly falsified. I was beside myself. He further explained that the video taken (that had some glitches in quality) could be easily discredited due to the heavy medications that my loved one was under at the time of the recording, which he was well aware of on his way down to meet us before the recording with he and I in agreement that she was having a good day, clear, alert, and attentive. At the conclusion of the interview he conceded that her statements were great etc. we were all good. Needless to say, I knew that what he initially promised was garbage. I requested a $2,500 refund a portion of my $3,000 retainer as he didn't complete the work he was retained for. He showed me the receipt from the videographer for the charges and claimed to have exhausted an erroneous amount of his man hours in research which was impossible as he had no proof to show. He only reluctantly refunded me $500 which I felt as unfair, unprofessional, & wrong but no longer wished to be insulted by his audacities so I relented. If you are seeking help catching a philandering partner, your in the right place! I was meeting with Frank in his office while he took phone calls of other clients, setting up "stake out" timing sharing info of the suspected persons place of employment and ETA for work to be under surveillance while I sat before him while he carried on this phone convo without discretion. He shared details of some other direly desperate cases he had worked on or was currently working at the time as well with me that involved attempted 187 hospitals foul play all those goodies so I did take the bait. An expensive lesson learned. I just hope that what happened to my family was an isolated incident and no one else had to suffer the same wrongful doing by the shady group I've mentioned. read more

My daughter and I went to hire Frank because my daughter was fighting for her son custody and divorce, I "paid in full" to Frank for the service because I had no money and received checks from my credit card, so I I paid in full with one of them. Frank did not do anything and one time that we went to his business, we caught him in a lie, he said that one of his investigators had a GPS tracker in his car and he could show us that he was outside of my daughter's apartment husband's building and that he never moves Because his car was parked there all the time. That day, my daughter's husband had my grandson and he called her to go to Elk Grove to pick him up to his mother's house because my grandson closed the door of his car and he could not have his son at home, my daughter went to collect to his son. When we told Frank that he then changed his version saying that my daughter's husband used to drive so fast and they always lost him! And when we asked for evidence (my daughter's husband always drunk too much, and she wanted proof that she would not be able to be around her son), Frank turned on this answer, he's a very dangerous man and we're taking Precautions.
