Javier and his team are very polite and professional. We used him last year to trim up all our coconut trees for the annual "Hurricane Haircut" and called him again this year. He came with his team of 2 men - everyone was efficient and effective. I love that they are also very thoughtful and careful in everything they do. This is extremely important to us as we are on the water and the coconuts are located by the dock and pool with landscape lighting all around so allowing big palms and heavy coconuts to come crashing to the ground recklessly is not an option! After a great trim, they cleaned up well after themselves including the debris that fell in the pool and waterway, which should be expected but we have found many don't take this seriously. This is our 12th year living here using many different companies and highly recommend Javier if you're looking for someone trustworthy and responsible to work with. I needed three palms cut down and a trimming on the rest of the palms on the entire property. DO NOT HIRE JAVIER LANDSCAPING_ Fair price compared to the other bids but had a VERY difficult time communicating/being on the same page from start to finish. They tore up my yard terribly working in the rain; planted trees way out of cemetery (made them fix that); planted trees under roofline which will be an ongoing battle for me. Showed up after finishing the job demanding additional money that was never discussed and accused me of trying to avoid him... so far to say "he watched me and my child come home but not answer the door" (which is certainly not the case but very unsettling). read more
