The lady who runs the office/answers the phone, Lindsey, is awesome. When the techs arrive they go over what they are scheduled to do, then immediately walk the area to discuss any potential issues and to clarify my expectations. The first time they came out there were nesting birds up against my house, I asked them to be mindful and the made sure not to disturb the next. Professionals til the end. They have cleaned my house and my driveway in about 2 hours both times. They show up on time (or early) and don't leave you waiting. They worked in teams of 2 techs both times.
