I call your outsourced customer service and they can't help. In store just says we'll try to reschedule. I look online an hour later and my order's been cancelled with no money returned to my bank account. I call the store to talk to a manager and when she gets online I explain that it's illegal to take people's hard earned money and not deliver a product, and not return that money back to the customer immediately, and she screams at me that if I'm involving a lawyer she can't talk to me and slams the phone down. How is anyone supposed to resolve anything or get their money back when you steal from them and won't talk to them about it? I now have to call my lawyer.

They got rid of a lot of selections. So I use it for basic needs. What they do carry is good. What is really nice is the adopted the Kroger online ordering and pickup. Specially with Covid19 and being high risk I tried the order online and pickup. Unfortunately it is more popular since Covid19 it takes 2 days to fill an order but considering the other options it okay just plan ahead. I hadn't use this feature before but so I called and they answered most of my questions and how it all plays out. Nathalie was I talked to and who also brought out my grocery was fantastic. The feature is nice and if you don't have time to shop or have health impediments this is relatively nice option. May even save you money since you don't impulse buy when your not in the store. Keep it up Nathalie, you did well.

Went today to only get a few items. No grocery carts inside and only a few outside. No shopping…read morebaskets either by the door or self checkout. Most carts are filled with unstocked store products. Aisles always full of pallets and stocking goods. Freezers are always running water on the floor. Not sure how Kroger allows their affiliation? Will definitely drive further away for groceries.

I was pleased to see that Cash Saver had opened until I found out that I would have to do math while shopping. I don't mean that I would have to keep a running total (rounded up for good measure) in my head in order to stay within the budget but that I would have to remember to add ten percent to all of the marked prices. That's the schtick here. By presenting you with the "cost" price and boasting that they "add 10% at checkout", they give the impression that they are barely eking out a profit and that you are saving a bundle. It's a great tactic. Everyone wants to save a few dollars these days. But, really, the prices here are no better than anywhere else and the selection is fairly limited (almost no organic stock) and I am pretty sure that I don't have to do any extra math while trying to avoid a shopping cart collision over at Jay-C. Cash Saver is fine for running in to grab a few things that I might need right away but I still need to make a longer journey to do the serious shopping.

That said, their meat sales are amazing when you can catch them! I can get whole boston butt for $0.99/lb. And whole pork loin for $1.69/lb. I also got a few grade A quality ducks for $2.48/lb. I had never tried cooking duck but for the price, I figured it was worth trying! Their Caro syrup tends to be a great buy. Produce is hit or miss. Sometimes great prices (Kale on sale can be 3 bunches for $1, or 10lb of potatoes for $3) but you have to look over the produce to make sure that you're not getting rotten/wilted. They have a small selection of organic foods and smaller local-taste products and they are oddly placed, like the back aisle by the pizza. The deli food is excellent. Their chicken tenders are some of the best we have had anywhere. The catfish filets can be made fresh and excellent too. Sometimes the customer service in the deli isn't great but I think that they are understaffed and overwhelmed at times. Overall, we do not do the majority of our grocery shopping here, but it's not so limited in selection or overpriced that we skip it for the larger store 7 minutes down the road.

I ordered 3 assorted sandwich platters for pickup at 2pm on October 10th. I called at 12:14pm on October 10th, spoke with the same lady, who confirmed my sandwiches would be ready by 2pm. When i arrived at 2pm, the same lady, who confirmed they would be ready, told me my sandwiches weren't available. No apology, no rushing to make them, no offer to start them, nothing. I convinced them to start the sandwiches while I spoke to a manager. As I was talking to the manager the two girls in the deli were just standing there listening to us. I politely turned around and asked if they could start my sandwiches. One girl went to get to get the bread and the other continued to stand there. Admitting that she confirmed the order and didn't make it with no explanation as to why. The manager was as shocked as i was, she went to the back and came out with 3 sandwich platters. The deli lady said they were for a door dash and they weren't the same sandwiches I ordered. Noticing that my sandwiches weren't going to be made in time, I told the manager I would take them. I'm very disappointed in the customer service I received from the deli. They were in no way busy, when I walked up they were so busy talking they didn't even acknowledge i was standing there. And then to not apologize and rush to make the sandwiches. I was stunned. I left that day with 3 platters of ham, turkey and cheese on a butter roll instead of the assorted sandwiches I ordered. No apology, no discount, not even a have a great day.

If you have a large freezer I suggest you take advantage of the sale. Fantastic fried chicken at the deli. No bakery or floral department, but it's a small town.
