Now instead of asking me to pay the invoice it says they will just charge a credit card I foolishly allowed them to keep on file from years ago. I will of course by disputing the charge. This company don't seem to have ethical practices. I have to say in past years they have cleaned my gutters and even installed. They seemed a good company but things seem to have changed. We decided to used Garden State Gutters to clean our gutters last year. No complaints. Couple of…read moremonths later we noticed our 1 gutter splashing out water - like a waterfall - during a heavy rain storm. We called them to replace it. The old one was just your "run of the mill" gutter and figured that is what they would replace it with. Very pleasantly surprised with the job they did (attaching a photo). What a difference! This year we decided to try out their Power-Washing- and again were very happy. The guys were here for a good 3 hours and worked the whole time. They cleaned the house, garage, and deck- as well as our front steps (cannot believe the difference- wish I had a before and after photo). Had the gutters cleaned at the same time - and since we had it done early (during March) they even did that for free. Needless to say--will be using them again.

After speaking to several people, the manager argued with me when I insisted they clean up the debris, stating they don't do landscaping. I was asking them to clean up the mess that they had made. My yard had been clean beforehand. After many calls, they came and cleaned it up. The fellow in charge of the crew was very nice, unlike the office staff. They do send a text to say they are coming -- "in a few minutes or an hour," very specific. After 2.25 hours of waiting for the third visit, I called and got the typical "some jobs take longer," and that I didn't need to be there. No? And responsible companies call if they are running late, but I was told that the crew has no way of contacting the client. Obviously, they should change the text to "we will be there sometime today." Ned's Gutter Cleaning is a terrible company to deal with.
