After numerous calls to resolve the issue, they keep just mailing or emailing the invoice to me. Now instead of asking me to pay the invoice it says they will just charge a credit card I foolishly allowed them to keep on file from years ago. I will of course by disputing the charge. This company don't seem to have ethical practices. I have to say in past years they have cleaned my gutters and even installed. They seemed a good company but things seem to have changed. We decided to used Garden State Gutters to clean our gutters last year. No complaints. Couple of…read moremonths later we noticed our 1 gutter splashing out water - like a waterfall - during a heavy rain storm. We called them to replace it. The old one was just your "run of the mill" gutter and figured that is what they would replace it with. Very pleasantly surprised with the job they did (attaching a photo). What a difference! This year we decided to try out their Power-Washing- and again were very happy. The guys were here for a good 3 hours and worked the whole time. They cleaned the house, garage, and deck- as well as our front steps (cannot believe the difference- wish I had a before and after photo). Had the gutters cleaned at the same time - and since we had it done early (during March) they even did that for free. Needless to say--will be using them again.
