Extremely horrific, I have been getting treatment here for myself who is a single mother for 3-5…read moreyears now. I have paid out of pocket to finally have my teeth taking care of with "hopes" to have nothing short of an amazing experience, however I went into my visit today to see the awful, dismissive errortic temporary ORTHO doctor who never introduced himself at all. I had nothing but joy bringing myself to this office and spending over $6,000 to have two times of Invisalign treatment paid, until they changed the ORTHO DOCTOR. I was anticipating an amazing doctor who loved his job and people, however this is not the case. I also brought my son to this office over 2 years ago who is currently still in braces. We both are patients of this office and have been for a very long time. I have expressed my concerns of my level of care and I had a returned phone call about 8 months ago from an amazing woman was at the time the district manager who resolved my situation and explained she would do what was right and needed to solve the issue the Ortho doc was causing. I am told she is no longer the DM. I have seen 2-3 girls work in the scheduling department and all left since this doctor has came to gentle touch smiles. I spoke my concerns following today's indicent with girls at front desk and over 3 of them all said they always have issues with this same doctor and that he does not speak to people well. The girls at front desk were very understanding and upset that I faced the doctor demanding that I went outside for my old retainers when it was a visit to get my new retainers and my sons visit from the spaces THE "ortho doctor created" for him to fix. He comes in and asks every time what are we doing today and always tells the staff girls " I didn't know we didn't do this yet" he is extremely unorganized and unprofessional. My blood sugar was dropping when he demanded me to go out to my car to get old retainers while it was raining to see if they fit to his liking when I expressed I needed to be rescanned because the spacing. He didn't validate my feelings, he didn't assure me he would fix anything instead demanded for the trays I went out to get trays and came back to him demanding in a room full patients that he was flopping back and forth between. My son not only seen this man humiliate me and profile me being a hispanic woman he also spoke to me like a dog demanding I go outside during a time of my sugar dropping, instead of trying my new trays in. Again I never experienced any issues here until this ORTHO doctor came into this office. When I explained I didn't want to show him due to being embarrassed in front of a room full of patients the teeth that I feel there is spacing in he then refused to treat me he didn't ask me why or anything. He stormed off yelling in front of over 15 patients in the waiting room " NOBODY TALK TO HERRRRRR" (nobody listened to him they actually said he should leave) including staff. I did express I felt to he was a narcissistic man and being condescending, he tore his gloves off walking near me to front desk to the point I thought he was going to harm me because his temper and body movement. I spoke to the new manager who was there and he explained to me he couldn't give me the newer district managers phone number and that the TEMP ORTHO Doctor had a right to no longer treat me or my son when we are near our last 2 months of treatment. He left attachments on my teeth didn't scan me for a retainer instead the office is trying to kick me and my minor son out when my son should never be punished and humiliated with spacing this doctor created and when I asked him bout it he said it was apart of his plan to later close my sons teeth, but then today said "oh I thought we took his braces off and we all finished", again another very serious moment for a minor and myself he takes and makes it like its ok to forget what his "plan of action was". I never got a returned call to assure me my son and I could finish treatment from New District manner.

She previously had to be placed under general anesthesia and intubated in the hospital setting to have 4 crowns placed. When she needed a tooth pulled that abscessed after trauma, our gen dmd recommended finding someone nitrous-capable because her anxiety and breakdowns prevented even the simplest routine care. We heard of Dr Rob via word of mouth and I made the appointment. He was amazing. This man just knows how to talk to children, the type with a natural talent. Within three seconds of walking into the room he established a report with my child and she trusted him... I mean from tears to smiles within moments. I was so relieved. I'm pretty sure he would have been successful even without the nitrous. In any which case, she left so happy. When she required yet another appointment to replace one of the crowns previously placed under GA, she walked right into his office with no hesitation. It was, again, a wonderfully positive experience for her. His office is the only healthcare setting she doesn't get nervous in. He's also fairly easy to get an appointment with. Typically they'd schedule me pretty far out and I would ask to call if there were any sooner availability. To my shock, this office actually does call when there's cancellations! Both times, I received a call back and was seen within the week. So don't be deterred if you get scheduled out. Just make the appointment and wait for the call.

When Dr. Dale…read moreretired, he had my cousin seen by his son, Dr. Rob, knowing that he would transfer his care to him. Recently, when I tried to make an appointment with Dr. Rob, since Dr. Dale had retired, I was told - again after a 30-year history - that I would need to find him another dentist, that Dr. Rob only does "pediatric" dentistry. Now, try to find a dentist for a 70-year-old mentally-challenged man who has known the Collins practice for that long. I could not begin to completely convey my disappointment and astonishment that this "professional," Dr. Rob, has proven himself to be. His father must hang his head in shame.
