It was 22 degrees out and the wife and I stood at the front door, in the cold, until exactly 6:30 when the doors were opened. The lobby was empty and there was also a secured foyer that was also empty but we were not allowed in from the cold until exactly 6:30. Suggestion: When telling the patient to arrive at 6:30, tell them that the doors will not be open until 6:30 so don't be early.

Yes, it's hard to get appts but if you call, take what you can and go on the cancellation list it works ... But make sure you make appts immediately upon learning date of your procedure. It's kind of a game but once you get in the groove it works most of the time. I can't take meds due to other medical issues and Dr Sabia takes that into consideration . He tries so hard for me and I trust him. Sabia is kind, caring and knowledgeable.. I know it's hard to be in pain but remember we all are and there are many waiting for relief. If you try to get a follow up with him, he schedules an in-office appointment at 6 a.m., which means there is no effort on his part to realistically provide health care services to the people who are sent to him to get those services. He also was deceptive about what was supposed to be accomplished with the one procedure he did on me. I was under the impression it was a procedure to alleviate pain, but he then claimed it was to test to see if future procedures (the ones he never followed up with) would work. I can't believe I waited 7 months for an appointment to end up being merely an income opportunity. Terrible, incompetent doctor.

Her own bio says that she practices a thoughtful and personalized approach to complex spine issues and pain, which sounds clinical until you realize it feels like compassion. The bent spine remains. Time is undefeated, but the pain, that constant companion, has been quieted to a manageable murmur. That is no small thing. That is, in fact, everything. I trust her with my father. The longest I've waited here is about 25 minutes and the one time that happened Dr Hamilton acknowledged it without me even bringing it up. I thought that was a nice touch - when I think about how many doctors have kept me waiting for hours and never acknowledged it (ahem, calling all dermatologists!). But usually they run close to schedule here. Previously I went to virtua pulmonary in Marlton and that office is truly awful!! Visiting again brought a wave of nostalgia, but I was pleasantly surprised to see it doesn't feel outdated at all. The equipment (at least on the 5th floor, where I visited) looks modern, and the facility is clean and well maintained. Even the hospital grounds are nicely manicured, giving the place a fresh, cared-for feel.
