It is August 1 2025. It took them 10 months to send an engineering company to check my peer and beam foundation that sunk during the flood and my foundation is cracked. My drywall is cracked in 2 rooms. I had a company come and check it out and it is go to cost $25,000 to fix. Their engineering said it's all normal settling. I'm completely dissatisfied. Now I have to hire more people to try to recover my losses that are covered by my policy. It is all BS.
