Between leaving several messages on his personal phone and Yelp, I still never received a call back about the stairwell. If a company is too busy, or doesn't want to provide the service, they should just let you know. It's a shame because his guys did a great job but I'm a stickler for following through on things and this did not happen, leaving me hanging for a couple of weeks before finally moving on to find another company. I ran into a dilemma with a small bathroom and I wanted a low cost solution to make the small bathroom look a little special and he came up with a great solution and kept in line with it being low cost and not a lot of time was spent on it. I added a few other things like whitewashing a small brick chimney for me and they did a fantastic job.
