Serving here was also a great opportunity to give back. They have a fantastic menu that rotates to ensure a healthy variety of vegetarian and vegan options. Accommodations for allergens are taken seriously and the team is willing to ensure that needs are met so that the meditation can be focused on. The space is absolutely gorgeous and really helps me to feel calm and tranquil. I love that they offer community meditation on the weekends, even though I often can't make it. The only downsides are that the studio is right on the road, so sometimes you can hear the cars passing and people yelling which is very disruptive. Another unfortunate problem is that the times their classes are offered do not fit well with someone who works. They don't offer a wide variety of early morning classes. The prices are a little more expensive than some of the other studios, but you get what you pay for. I would definitely recommend!

This was a very very special class! 2nd class was Pilates Express with Maria. Wow! This woman is STRONG! It amazed me how she presented the poses, how detailed she was, and how challenging it was to do the poses! She gave nice alternatives to be able to maintain the form, and her knowledge and precision was incredible. I left feeling like I definitely got a great workout in! I appreciated her being able to give some individual attention to help me correct my form when I was losing the shape. Both of these teachers were so very lovely, and the space itself is welcoming, nourishing, with a powerful energy of healing and gratitude within it. So far in my experience of St Augustine's yoga studios, this is the best. I'm grateful to have found it! Also, as a bonus: there are clothes for sale in the small boutique that are REASONABLY PRICED! This is something so lacking in many studios who charge so much for clothing. I love that they have these reasonable prices for clothes here!
