Closing was delayed for 3 weeks because of plumbing and pool issues from the freeze. There was this specific part that everyone seem to be looking for. It was a hard find, but during the time it took to get to the sellers to fix the pool, I reached out to Chris and he said he had used part that was still good. He was willing to help us by letting us "borrow" the part until the new one arrived. By doing this, it allowed us to get the pool running and get the other issues fixed. We were able to close on the house that week. On top of that, he dropped off the part and picked it up. This is an extreme act of kindness. He doesn't even know who we are. He didn't demand or ask us to use his service. Most people would say we have to use their service to get the part. We didnt because the seller used their own pool guy and the guy was already involved from the beginning of the process. The people in the FB group highly recommended Chris because he came to fix their pool and their neighbors' pools. Everyone was having pool issues and it was so hard to get parts and for someone to come out. I really appreciate Chris for his generosity and for helping a stranger. We did discuss with them last spring fixing the ones that fell off, they gave us an estimate for repair, which we felt was too high as the tiles had never been applied properly to the pool wall. See the pictures of what we are seeing today all of the tiles will likely fall off as the year goes. Based on research, pool tiles should last and stay in place at least 10-15 years or more if applied correctly, these didn't even make it half way. I really expected a quality job from them, but I guess not. See pictures of how the tiles are looking today.

She sent FORREST to do the leak detection, and he did the skimmer replacement. I think I still have another problem, which he couldn't find, but I'd rather wait to know for sure anyway. He was honest in telling me, Kylie confirmed, and I'll wait until the ground (at the edge of EML lake) dries in the summer, and the leak may get worse. I know parts were scarce and companies were over worked so we were very understanding that there wouldn't be an immediate fix. It took awhile for them to come out but that was still understandable. This is where it goes from run of the mill delay to an outright series of lies and waste of time. When our normal technician came out he began his work and I told him to let me know if he needed anything. After awhile he brought me outside and I could see that there were some parts on the ground. He told me he needed to go get a part and he would be back shortly. Okay cool so I waited as I had cleared my schedule to make sure if anything came up I'd be there. At the time I didn't realize it but he didn't specify what part it was that he needed. It was just a part and he never returned. To this day he has never returned and that was back in March. I called the main office and spoke with the supposed owner who said he would personally come out and see what's going on. He never came and stopped returning all phone calls and emails. Having no idea what part was needed or what stage of fixing the problem he was originally in I couldn't figure out how to fix it. Today as of writing this post is the first time we were able to get another company out to work on the pool turned swamp. So after paying this company thousands to replace some things a couple years prior we now have to pay a different company to replace things that wouldn't have been ruined if they would've done their job or at least let us know what the issue was. So before you give them a chance I want you to know exactly who you're dealing with.
