I pursued our home(s) and multiple auto policies, and Penny has handled most of my interaction. Don't get fooled by her colorful font emails! She has been sloppy in letting things slide, or getting the policies mixed up for cancellation during a recent refinancing for our home. Communication sent to the wrong address, charging credit cards twice for the same policy, and forgetting to trigger a refund has been the story for us with this office. Stay away from Penny and Zane as far as you can. Needless to say, when there is no communication with a 30% policy cost increase, we shopped and found a different firm to work with.

I barely got any updates from Zane Shepherd when he took over this case and tried to find the recording to see if I am pretty much lying which he never gave update about, I had to send another email to find out and the update was there was no recording. Y'all disgust me and y'all are doing unethical sales practices just like Wells Fargo. Y'all have literally made my life a living hell and ruined my life by thinking I was covered which y'all promised me I was.. Worked with Tenisha many times on a personal level for our home, life and auto coverage and the company. We have always had great customer service with State Farm, however Tenisha is a step above all others. Any couple who can live AND work together are either insane or in love, so I'll just go with the latter. My parents were the same for 54 years so I guess theres something to be said for it. I think it was trust, though, that really came through. I was comfortable talking to Ryan. You can just tell about some people. He's a big dude but soft spoken, and I pretty much did all of the talking (much to his chagrin). Regardless, I learned a lot and found I can save a lot too. Running by again next week to talk financial stuff. They moved here recently from Indiana so help these guys out. I couldnt have asked for nicer pair to do business with. Really, really cool people.
