I can't believe how fast and easy this whole process was. The team (Kelly, Ngoc, Hoa and Billy) was amazing and very helpful - locking in an incredibly low rate, lower than I even thought could be possible, and helping me save even more on the closing costs. They are incredibly thorough and very efficient - answering every question, walking through the details, and keeping me well informed along the way. It was just so seamless and fast, but most importantly, I'm very happy about all they've helped me to save with a lower rate. Highly recommended! I will definitely be using your services again in the future for my next purchase.

We moved to Texas from Florida and moved our policy to the Betty Cole office. Shortly thereafter I purchased a business and moved the company's vehicle insurance to Betty Coles office. We have always had great customer service with State Farm, however Tenisha is a step above all others. Any time you call she is pleasant, easy to talk to and extremely helpful as well as the others in the office. For your insurance needs would definitely recommend giving Betty Cole office a call. Red Flags Galore! I…read morewas looking for a new tax and accounting firm so I decided to look into these guys. Up on reviewing their business I found some red flags and decided not to give them any of my business. 1. Closed on Fridays and sharing offices. This business was closed on a Friday when I went to their office since I was in their building. If you don't have enough work to stay in open on Fridays, something is wrong. May be that's why the hours aren't listed online. Someone was in the office so they opened the door anyway. They told me that they didn't work for the firm and they were sharing the office. Now, someone who shares a tax preparers office is a major no-no. There is a lot of confidential and personal information around. When I reversed searched their address in Google I can find a lot of businesses at the same address mainly counselors are working out of this address. 2. Not accountants or CPAs. These business doesn't seem to employ any accountant or CPAs per their website. They have one person listed as enrolled agent. That's not good enough for my needs. 3. Not enough employees: There only 4 employees listed on their website if you don't count the receptionist or the dog. Same thing with LinkedIn. 4. Holier than thou attitude. My correspondence suggested that there was a fundamental attitude issue with them despite the fact that anyone looking for an established and reputable business would pass on them.

I'm based all the way in Pennsylvania and needed some help with a unique Dallas project that none of the national guys were willing to help with. One email to the Thumann Agency and Denise called me mere minutes later anxious to get started on my needs after ensuring she understood the full situation. While Denise wasn't quite able to get what I needed done, she was certainly the most willing to go above and beyond what I asked her to try. Additionally, she kept in touch throughout the entire process so I wasn't left in the dark while she kept trying different approaches to try to help. Despite not being able to fill my needs entirely, I'm still recommending her specifically and the entire Thumann team to anyone and everyone I run across in the Dallas market as I know she'll take good care of them. Thank you Steve for having such a great team and keep up the fantastic work!
