I originally posted a review about Jay's quality of work the first time i had him come by for a wash on my vehicle, i gave him a 2 stars review for a semi decent job. He reached out to me the following day and asked how he could help address the issue which was very nice of him to do. We scheduled an appointment for for him to come by, he resolved the issue and did an excellent job. I should have given him a chance to take care of some swirls left behind after his first job instead of posting a low review on him. His professionalism, communication skills with customers and quality of work is on par. I definitely recommend him to anyone looking for that 5 star quality work. Jay cleaned my 2016 Ram 2500. It was filthy after a camping trip. He got the outside looking better then new. The inside was full of dog hair and dirt, he did an amazing job getting the inside cleaned up. Will definitely be calling him again to have our cars detailed. read more

Just moved to the Beaumont area and was looking for a Mobile Detail Company to was my cars that have never been detailed before. They were super dirty from kids and dogs. I came across Jay's mobile detail and Carwash and all I can say is I am very pleased with the work of him and his coworker Matthew. They went above and beyond. Both of my cars look brand new I am so glad I found them. They showed up on time got right to work. You can tell they love their jobs washing and detailing cars are not easy but they are amazing. I called Jay after finding him on Google and he was able to get me in right away. He and his partner arrived at said time and got right to work cleaning my heavily soiled carpets (I have 3 young children). They were at it for close to 2 hours and were successful at removing all but oil stains (those stains were even lighter than before they worked on them). I think it is fair to mention the carpets in my van are light. I felt them to be prompt, professional, and friendly and I would recommend them. read more

If I could give 10 Stars I would ! I am a pet groomer and a pet sitter who often has up to 10 dogs in my car at any given time. I have an SUV that was literally a fur mobile with plenty of dirt to go along with it. I called Jay to come and wash my car for me and the job he did was well beyond five stars. The stink is gone the flying fur is gone the stuck on dog noses on the windows are gone. And did I mention the most affordable price I have ever paid :-) :-) :-). Very unprofessional! We used them for a while and almost every time they have been late plus pretty consistent excuses why they are late and can't make it back (broken truck or whatever) The last issue was my last straw. I was trying to schedule a time for them to come and there was a time conflict and he had not showed up for our appointment and assured me he would be able to get my car done before I had to leave at 7:45am the next morning so I agreed even though I was skeptical, he barely finished the inside of my car by the time I had to leave and he still needed to do my husbands car so I handed him the $ and said to him he could come back to to the outside and he said no problem. It's been 2 weeks and we have set multiple times up he doesn't show we reschedule and then the times don't work so today I just said I would like a partial refund instead since we couldn't work out a time. He told me he needed to do his paying clients first when I had already paid him. Then he goes on to tell me if he comes to give me a refund or finish my car he would charge me fees because it's an inconvenience to him. The work is just mediocre and the professionalism is terrible. read more

Called and made an appointment for Monday at 8 AM. 8 AM came, and no Jay. At 8:10 Jay emailed to say that he couldn't make the appointment and asked if he could come by at 4 PM instead. I agreed. 4 PM came, then 4:30, then 4:45 - no sign or message from Jay. I sent an email asking what happened to our appointment, and I never heard back from him. I rearranged my schedule twice in the same day to accommodate his, and this is how Jay chose to treat a potential customer. Buyer beware: this isn't a good way to run a sustainable business, and if Jay fails the basic reliability test, don't waste your time (as I did mine) attempting to take your business to him. read more

I've never seen two guys work harder on a detail job than Jay and his assistant. Daaaang! I picked up a used truck that was FILTHY inside and out--so dirty I didn't want to even sit in it. In two hours, these guys transformed it into something I can feel proud to drive down the road. What a find! We saw Jason's mobile wash unit stopped at a gas station and jotted down his number. We called Jason, he promptly returned our call and has been washing our two vehicles (sometimes three) weekly for the past year and a half. His service is outstanding. He is very reliable, prompt, courteous and neat. Our cars are spotless when he is finished as well as our driveway. He contacts us if his schedule changes and also accommodates our schedules.
