The classes are on the weekends and cost me30 bucks. She tried to schedule them through the end of July and August leaving multiple messages with the store never received a single call back to schedule for the class. She informed me of this when we had 2 weeks left on the vouchers and I tried to call as well. My GF told me that the store VM stated she was on vacation for part of the month and returning at the end, she would return calls then. Did she return calls at the start of August? Nope. What a waste of money, I contacted Living Social but they were no help, which of course they never are when you have issues like this. We did a wine tasting thing through them prior and the schedule got all out of wack due to a couple of the attendees - cutting short our outing by several hours but did they offer any refunds or perks to those who were on the bad end of the stick? Nope..... We just had to grin and deal. Same here, the store offering the Living Social bargain does not uphold their end of the offer yet no refunds are given. Go figure........ Needless to say we will not be shopping here in the future.

He definitely went above and beyond for my small project. He came over for the estimate as promised and gave me a download on what he recommended for my project and we worked together on the details before landing on a final plan. He kept me updated along the build process and the liner turned out pretty sweet with a beautiful custom fit. Worth noting when comparing this custom liner vs the mass produced stuff online- Jim can create a welded one-piece unit that is structural vs. most online stuff is multiple pieces bolted together. Jim responded pretty much immediately with not only a thoughtful, friendly, and great explanation of what his capabilities are, but lots of suggestions of other reputable businesses to try since he couldn't quite do what I wanted. Jim continued to respond promptly and provide lots of great support and suggestions based on my responses. I particularly appreciated Jim's honesty and being so transparent and up-front about the results if he were to do the job with his equipment. Although Jim didn't have the capability to perform what I wanted, I was able to get the job done through following his recommendations.
