I've brought three vehicles there so far and every time it's been a smooth process. It takes under a couple hours per vehicle, pricing was exactly what's listed on their website plus tax (no surprises), and scheduling was easy. The staff is super helpful too. Just a heads up, they do book up fast before winter, so it's worth planning ahead. It's also a mechanic shop, and one thing that stood out to me is that Bob (the owner) is the only certified Krown applicator there and the one who actually does the undercoating himself. I liked knowing the same experienced person is working on every vehicle. Bob is extremely knowledgeable and easy to talk to. He introduced himself and answered all my questions without rushing and made me feel welcome right away. He even thanked me for earning my business, which I really appreciated. He also took the time to explain how the Krown oil treatment works, how it's not easily washed off and would literally take acid to wash off the oil treatment. On top of that, he showed me a demo piece he's had sitting in salt water for a long time, which was pretty convincing. The biggest thing for me is how the cars actually look after. One of mine is a 2018 that's been through a lot of New England winters, and after the treatment it honestly looked almost brand new underneath. The oil really gets in there and coats everything--even over existing rust spots. I wish I took before and after pictures because the difference is noticeable. Also, I brought all three vehicles in at once and Bob was able to block off time to get them all done the same day, which I really appreciated. They also have a rust protection program (up to $5,000 coverage if you keep up with it yearly), which is a nice bonus and gives some extra peace of mind. It's already March and everything held up during this rough winter blizzards. I'll definitely keep coming back every fall. If you're in New England and want to protect your vehicle from rust, I'd highly recommend checking them out.
