Later, there were automated reminder texts, which I appreciated. Now to the actual work, this guy is an artist! Plain and simple. I would challenge anyone to find where the dent was located. It took him about two hours repair but it came out perfect. I had to get his business card before I left and I would not hesitate to come back for more repairs, and neither should you. Reached out after seeing his reviews on the Internet and I shared photos of the dent by text. We agreed on a date, a location and a price. Confirmed the appointment this morning but changed the location because our kids are home, sick. No problem for The Dent Guy! He arrived a bit early, super pleasant to work with and had my dent corrected in no time. A total pleasure. Going to follow all of this up by saying that I do have a local body shop that I like. They do great work and I've never felt overcharged. Downside is that a trip to the body shop means that I'll be without my vehicle for the day while it's being worked on. Then, I noticed what looked like peeling on the hood and front of the car. The Toyota-applied clear coat was coming off , My car was starting to look so bad. A few people gave me names of local auto body shops No one wanted to touch my car because I had not been in an auto accident!! They explained their reasons to me, which of course, were all about money and insurance claims. I was, of course, going to pay for any work but, shame on me, I did not have an accident. Just wanted to fix to the clear coat and have effected areas of my car re-painted. Finally, I was given the name Brothers auto body in Cromwell. Problem solved! My car was beautifully repainted and new clear coat applied. It looks spectacular! No hesitation to give me a reasonable quote, no rejection because I did not have an accident. Just kind, professional treatment from all at Brothers. Special thanks to Sarah, Jacob and Brian for making this whole process run so smoothly. My Corolla carries with it some very special memories from the past. I will always do what I can to keep it running and looking as good as I can.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE! THEY ARE HORRIBLE! We brought my sons truck with a list of stuff that…read moreneeded to be fixed including welding. They said they could complete it all no problem. After having the truck for 2.5 weeks we picked it up after being told "the truck is safe, I would let my kids drive it". No sooner did we drive TWO MINUTES down the road the truck broke down. This was right after my son paid $1700 to have fixed. Called the shop and Ruben didn't care anymore he got his money. The other owner came and pulled the truck back to the shop. Long story short after two more times we took the truck . Halfway home the engine light was back on and the truck was leaking oil and tranny fluid. Brought it to the shop and they couldn't believe the work. Wrong radiator was used so they put connectors. They were leaking. The brake line was wrong and the list goes on. THE BIGGES THING.... THE WELDING WAS COMPLETELY UNSAFE. IF MY SON HIT 3 LARGE BUMPS THE TRUCK WOULD HAVE FALLEN APART! we kept them posted and they asked for a receipt. No problem. It was provided and that was it....they have ignored us. We posted a Google review and they deleted it. They are awful! We are now going to take them to smalls claims court and are reporting them to DMV AND the department of consu.er protection. DONT DO BUSINESS. HERE.
