I contacted Jay through OfferUp for an estimate. He scheduled to come to my home the following day. I called him in the morning and he said that he would be arriving around 12:30pm. Movers were 1 day late and couldn't make their rescheduled time of 1pm. Waited for another 3 1/2 hours. They also did not explain they needed the money orders up front for delivery and made me go back to my house to retrieve them also charging me a $125 "waiting fee". Promised me at pickup that I would not be charged for second drop off location but went back on his word while on the phone. Jay was extremely combative on the phone and told me he would not accept Zelle anymore and that I'd "better find an ATM" and that he would charge me more for his drivers waiting longer. The only nice part about this was the actual drivers were very nice. This company is terrible and Jay is terrible. I do not recommend this company whatsoever. Extremely unreliable and unprofessional. I wish I had the option to provide a no star rating. My husband and "Jay" agreed to meet at 6pm today, 08-25-21, to relocate a 5 piece king bedroom set within a 3 mile radius; one story house to another one story house; Nothing major. My husband confirmed the night before and attempted to reconfirm today; unfortunately he would not respond. At 6pm, he was no where to be found. We called him a few times and he finally answered; stating he was not too far finishing up another job and would be there soon. We called him multiple times and text him there after; and no response. After an hour and 40 minutes we called it a day. What a waste of time!! What a shame; trying to support a local small business and this is how they treat their customers. If I had the ability to put zero stars I would. Don't be like me and ignore the reviews because you're sold by Jonathan which is the owner of the company's charm and charismatic ways. He will tell you all those reviews are bogus and that he has a ton of happy clients but I am convinced that it's just not true. I had worked with him in the past and trusted he would deliver the same service he did the first time around. Unfortunately that was not the case his man broke my TV ruined my walls messed up my children's dresser and did not put together any of my beds properly this includes cribs and children's beds that they could potentially sleep in and get hurt. It was so sad to see that his men had zero regard for my family safety when assembling their beds. When I called Jonathan about it he said he would make it right and submit an insurance claim and then completely ghosted me. I paid him out of good faith because I trusted him based off of our conversations but once he was paid he completely ignored me disregarded my concerns and made promises to fix it and then never did. I'm so disappointed and upset at myself for paying him before he actually made things right. Now I am out of my money I have to invest more money in a new television and I had to personally go in and fix all the damages his men made. Don't use this service they don't finish the job or do what they promise or quote. I hired Jays movers to remove, transport and install a refrigerator, stove, dishwasher and microwave. The items were in another home 15 minutes away from my home. The two movers they came did great a the pick up location. Once at my house everything went down hill. The movers broke my water hose line to the refrigerator because they couldn't unscrew the bolt. They claimed the bolts were stripped on my old dishwasher and couldn't take it out to put the new one. They seemed confused with how to mount my microwave. The owner reached out to me and came to my home to finish the job. This also didn't happen. he was able to place and plug my refrigerator without water and ice due to the line his guys cut/ broke. He tried to tell me I should call a handyman to come out and put in the microwave and dishwasher and fix the fridge water line his crew broke which I found outrageous as I paid him to install the appliances according to his price quote. He did get the stove connected. He stated that he would come back the following day to install my dishwasher and microwave as the quoted price of $150 included the install at my home. Of course today was the next day and no sign of jays movers. I waited for 4 hours and no one called or showed. He never showed up as promised to fix the items they never put in place. I reached out and got the silent treatment. It's very frustrating that this is how business is done. They charged me $150 for the job and didn't even finish it. Now I have to seek help from my bank and the BBB to address this issue. I thought I was hiring a responsible and ethical living company seems I may have been wrong. read more

This guy is the biggest scam artist! I called him to move some laminate flooring for me from one house to another and thought everything was set. The day of the move, he doesn't show up and doesn't call. I called him and he said the movers will call me back. No one called me. I called him a second time and he said he's going to check again. Two hours later, I call him and no answer. I called a few times and it goes to voicemail . I left many texts and nothing.
