    EVIDENCE OF WHAT I HAD TO DO

    worst company in south florida! they are robbers , unprofessional, unhonest & just the worst , i paid over $600 & had to jump in and even help because the so called "professionals" couldnt with my small 1 bedroom move in

    Broke nightstand

    DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY! I got a quote for 3 hours which is exactly the amount of time I needed for the move. I asked of any additional fees that could be applicable at the time of move, in which the person over the phone told me only long carry fee & NOTHING ELSE which is $75 or $150, but he would do it for $100. Then when the movers get there they tell you that the long carry fee is actually "per every 75 ft" & a $75 elevator fee which all of the companies I contacted don't even charge for those fees period! My boyfriend broke down ALL of our big furniture so they didn't have to & we packed ALL of our belongings in boxes & had everything ready to just be loaded & it took the whole 3 HOURS just to LOAD the truck! (Mind you we moved things OURSELVES on top of that over a 3 day period!) Half of the 4th hour was wasted just trying to get to my place which is only 5 mins down the street from my old building because of a stop they made at the gas station & to the wrong gate of the building. So I didn't have a choice but to hire them for the 5th hour to unload the truck! Upon loading the truck we discovered that our 65" tv & mirrored dresser were broken! I already explained the mirror was broken on the dresser & I was planning on getting it repaired, but however when they lifted it the legs broke off INTO the actual dressers leaving the dresser damaged completely & useless! They apologized & told us to call the company to handle it with the claims team. It wasn't until after they left that I saw shattered mirror in the room which is when I discovered my mirrored nightstand was broken also! So I called immediately & they said they would get back to me in 1-2 weeks! They got back to me 9 days later & were trying to not claim responsibility for the damaged items & kept saying my dresser was already broken WE ALREADY EXPLAINED THAT but that doesn't give you the right to mishandle the object & doesn't make it ok to completely break it further!! Also what about the nightstand & the tv?? They're so set on talking about the dresser being already broken because they don't want to claim responsibility & reimburse us! Isn't that what the insurance is for?? Then said that WE have to weigh the items & send them receipts of the items, for what reason I don't know. When I found the receipts I sent them 5 days later. I had to follow up after an additional 4 days to ask if they received my info. They called me & said now THEY have to send somebody out to weigh the items & since we threw away the tv during the move they can't do anything about it! We were told that WE had to weigh the items the week prior to this convo. & after the movers left if they knew we had to keep the items why not tell us how to proceed! He kept referring back to the contract & basically mocking me & talking to me as if I'm stupid! He was going back & forth saying one thing this week & another thing the next week basically trying to cause confusion! He said he would get back to us AGAIN later with when somebody could come out to weight the items. Then he gave our personal contact to the mover to call us & question us about our conversation with the guy then proceeded to argue with us back & forth about he said she said stuff & our issues pertaining to the damaged items! He was very sarcastic & also mocking us about the situation! It was the most unprofessional experience I've ever encountered I couldn't believe it! It's been over a week still no call or anything from the company! Moving is already a nightmare & this just completely made it 100x worse! You can see the attached photos the date & time stamps are during the move which was July 1 1pm-6pm! The way that they've handled this situation is completely shady & disgusting! We have businesses & know this is not the appropriate way to deal with customer service! We work with clients all over Miami from Pinecrest all the way up to Boca & have been warning them all about this company! This was my first time EVER using movers & I'm completely disgusted with this experience! NEVER AGAIN!

He says everything is gravy & it's not. If Yuri is supposed to call you or text you he won't. We had to call because no one called us back to tell us the time for pickup. (Should have been first red flag.) If Aidy/Aiden gets your pickup; they work really slow. It took exactly 2 hours before anything was put into the truck. 2 hours for two employees to take apart a child floor bed. They kept calling my toddler daughter into the room (second red flag.) to the point, we got annoyed and pulled the kids and shut the door. They do take breaks that are considered "work hours." We directly told them DO not take the small boxes unless you have room. (we got a thumbs up & an ok.) They didn't take 1/2 of what was on the list & brought what was told not to. Our boxes were clearly not taken care of.(photos) They will not tell you that you owe more money; I asked Aidy/Aiden probably a dozen times if everything was ok? He spent 30 mins on the phone complaining he wasn't told about this or this or that. At first we didn't care & said it wasn't his fault. I told him everything I told Ian on the phone. He looked at my husband and said we'll get it all taken care of even if we work all night. In their agreement they are required to address addition charges, you are to sign to agree and pay. Never happened. What did happen was Aidy called 15 mins prior to arrival (8 PM.) telling my husband we were required to give $700 or they'll keep our stuff. In a small town out side of city limits. Already have given them almost $2000. Then Yuri said "now we won't accept your usps money thing because you're being difficult." They had us by the short hairs & got $2000 more from us. To make matters just worse. Molly (Who is so good at her job & wants us not to react out of emotions.) calls and alludes to calling the police for kidnapping & making a police report; unless we sign a release stating we won't go after them, they won't go after us. And then adds; and you can't write a negative review. They charged us an extra 4 hours & unloading took 2, so my husband wanted a refund. Nope Yuri said since we wasted their time they don't care about a refund. (It was said in more unpleasant words.) Now; granted I did have a "crash out." But who wouldn't? We already had $3000 in; we said we'd pay more if they'd just show up but they refused & hid down the road. So ya; I cried & was visibly upset & my husband was angry. Again; wouldn't you be? We have cameras to protect ourselves from this kind of things; especially in 2026. Do your research and go with a small company who cares. We needed stuff we couldn't move moved not the small things they rammed into the truck. The guy Eric who came though (since Aidy wouldn't come back & that's ok.) who came; should start his own business. What a great guy, he is the only who looked like he knew what he was doing the whole time. Best of luck on everyone's search but cast your bets on this one. Because again, they have us by their short hair because they had our stuff. I just don't want anyone else to get stuck like we did with these people. Update; won't let me add photos. So I'll post on yelp as well.

Due to closing issues, I had to push my move date Back 2 days. He said he'd be able to do it in the afternoon and that he would be there between 2:00 and 3:00pm depending on how the job before mine went. Unfortunately, it was a rainy day, and they didn't get to me until 6:00pm. They wanted to push it to the next day but I insisted we had to do it that day because literally all of our stuff was packed and ready to go. I ordered one truck and two movers for our two bedroom, one bath duplex. My fiance and I did a lot of moving before they even arrived, essentially just leaving the furniture for them and some boxes. Their attitude seemed Brusque but it was probably because they were just tired from however many moves they had that day. They wrapped most of my furniture carefully with blankets, but I must say I was not pleased with the way that they moved my grandfather clock. The second mover, Alex, said "well this is fragile" when looking at my clock. I was like yes that's why I hired Movers. They didn't even know you had to take the pendulum out of the clock when moving it. They refused to take my very small TV off of the wall, and told me they would have to charge extra for that which I have never heard before. That was frustrating. They made a dent in my baseboard and scratched a lot of paint in my newly painted residence, and then gave me attitude when I asked when they were going to fix it. He then begrudgingly said that he would send somebody over Saturday to fix it. That guy was nice and did an okay job. They worked very hard but I think it would have gone faster with three movers. It would have been nice to have a discount since they were over 3 hours late also. I'm not sure if I would use them again, but I'm glad that we are finally in our new place with the damage fixed (aside from the clock).
