But Kincaid's could show up in a timely manner, on a Saturday, and did show up on time as promised (with a 'heads up' phone call). My septic tank was cleaned quickly and thoroughly, and the person who performed the cleaning was pleasant and taught me some things about septic tanks and fields! My second stage filter was cleaned out and the site was left clean. I called the office and explained the issue and was promised the issues would be resolved. The company did not come out to fix the issue and we never heard from them again. Poor job and no concern after they get paid.
