I love this nail salon. It's a nice place to come and relax and enjoy your session while getting a pedicure! Very clean nice music selection the nail techs are very friendly and respectful people. I was lucky to get squeezed in for a quick manicure. My nail broke in the middle and if this happened to you before, you know how painful that is!!! I wanted to try SNS powder to help bind my nail back together. I was taken in at 4:15pm even though they close at 5! Angela helped me and let me choose my color. I went with a light pink color to be neutral and try it. Angela took her time with my broken nail and saved it! She put this thick gel layer to help and extra SNS powder to ensure strength. She filed, buffed, and made sure my nails were straight and smooth. My total cost was $45. It was a good experience and I felt that Angela was very attentive to detail and took her time with me. When she finished with the powder, it was very light. She even offered me to add an extra layer of gel for extra color but I denied it! She was super nice to offer me this too! The facility is pretty clean. I see that the tools are in baggies that have been sanitized. The only complaint is that they used a purple buffer, looks a bit old but that's fine. Everyone was very nice and I would probably come back! Tip: they have coffee here too!! read more

Great thing is, I never have to come back. I think what erked me the most was that the entire staff was 35 minutes late and they charged me $5 for removing my previous gel polish that they would not stop complaining about. Appointment 9:15 Staff came in 9:35 At 11:00 - I asked how much longer due to an event I had to be at 12:30. She mentioned 15 minutes because I want design and my old polish was hard to take off. Give me a break. She asked how many coats on previous nail polish I told her two. She was "shocked". If you're going to charge the extra $ just say it. Enough with the whining. Best part is we never got to the design! Lol. I told her forget it after the 15 minutes she mentioned and my nails still weren't painted. Nail already chipped and toe nail chipped. Never again. I just got a pedicure here yesterday cost me $40 and a $10 tip and this is what it looks like she also cut my cuticle super close on my other big toe that it still hurts. It looks like my toes got done like 2 weeks ago such a waste of money. read more

This place just opened and it's very clean. The prices are pretty standard for the area. They don't have freebie ad-ons, but the cleanliness stands apart from most other similarly priced nail salons in the area. My color gel with french tips was $35. I love that they have a membership program. If you get your nails done frequently, you could get a free manicure or even a free spa pedicure. I'll definitely be back. I try not to give bad reviews but I actually couldn't help it this time. I went to get my nails and feet done 10/18/20, and It costed me 97.00 ! I got a pedicure with callous removal 37.00, and SNS powder with short extension for nails. My feet are hard at the bottom and my nails are completely off. The polish (light pink) started to look dirty and my nails started to break. I bite each and every nail off yesterday- and my co- workers couldn't believe it, because the SNS powder suppose to last at least 3 weeks. Let alone I spent 60.00 bucks for garbage. The workers are very nice and the place is very clean, but I am disappointed that I spent all that money and my nails didn't last. I love spending my money with my people, but in this case its not worth it, because they don't know how to do nails, will at least Donna doesn't. read more

I should have more carefully reviewed peoples' opinions before coming to this salon. If you plan to go, be aware of a few things: - without an appointment, you are likely to get shifted around from person to person during your time. This happened to me, and I ended up being in the salon for THREE hours for just a soak off, dip manicure, and pedicure. - they do not have matching dip and gel colors. I asked the person doing my toes if they did and clearly there was a misunderstanding because there is no overlap between gel and dip selection here. I ended up with two different colors on my toes and hands. - you may experience bubbles under your top coat. I was shocked to wake up this morning with large bubbles on both of my thumbs. I was able to return to the salon, and they fixed them free of charge. I will not be returning due to the time it took & quality of service read more

Great place! Clean, and all girls there do a nice job. Pedicures are great, and they put in a disposable liner for each customer. My gels usually last 3 weeks! Pricing is standard, and its in a small strip mall so there is plenty of parking. They also have coffee station. read more

Treated very RUDE today. I had a 5:30 appointemnt. I arrived at 5:15. They had a young man place my foot in water. Two other coustomers arrived after me. They also placed their foot in water. A technician started to trim my toenails. A third (male) coustomer entered. The tech stopped working on my feet and procedued to start the male coustomer. I was told by the owner to wait until those coustomers finished. Really? I had been a coustomer since they took over. Unacceptable!! read more

I am so happy I found this place! It's kept so beautiful and clean. There were plenty of precautions in place to make me feel safe during the COVID-19 pandemic. I had a lavender spa pedicure that was excellent and very well-priced. I'll definitely be returning. read more

It's unfortunate when you spend your hard earned money at a place and the customer isn't appreciated. The prices "went up" but there was no notification of so. If prices go up the appropriate thing to do is to put a sign up or let the customers know. After I paid for my service( I had to go and come back to finish my nails) I was told that I was mistakenly charged and needed to pay an extra $10. I asked why it was so expensive and said I would not be coming back anymore because of how the situation was handled and I was simply told "ok". It's more about money and not about the customer. I am disappointed in how dismissive the man was and will never return. They are raising the prices for the wait to be even longer. Business owners need to learn to be more about the customer and not the money but unfortunately the 10 dollars was more important. read more

This was my second time going here, each was very good. I don't get anything crazy, just a simple gel polish manicure, and the manicure has been perfect and clean. The girls are very nice, each time I've gone in for a manicure it hasn't been too busy, so I'm either taken right away or I just have to wait awhile, that doesn't bother me since I go after work and give me time to choose a new color . read more

Nail tech is good they do a great job but I will not go back they are a hot mess when it comes to time management and they never have their appointments right ..... Terrible customer service and handling of appointments. I booked an appointment online and they do phone bookings as well. Which causes them to double book, since they don't bother to keep up and coordinate their online bookings with their store appointments. I was given a no option but to walk away. With a mere lm sorry. Very disappointing and frustrating. read more

I don't recommend coming as a walk-in because they are usually booked. The best nail techs are Joanna and John. I usually go to John. He's gentle, has good attention to detail, and works efficiently. He doesn't rush and ensures I'm happy with my nail length, shape, and color. As a client of over 5 years, I've had a mix of good and bad experiences with other techs. Some are more experienced than others. My biggest pet peeve is getting my cuticles cut, so once that happens... I lose my trust! I'm not as picky with my toes, so I'm happy with any tech doing my pedicure. The ladies are really sweet and make my feet look ~pretty~ The quality of their nail products are great.
