It stared off nice and swiftly turned to nonchalant and dismissive. I was looking for some assistance with 2 documents from the year 1942 that I need copies of. I didn't want to just make copies of standard printing paper. I explained this in detail to the young lady and she placed a book (pring & binding) in front of me and walked away. Now, I have no idea of what I'm looking at or what's best for the documents that I have. I asked her if she could assist me with explaining to me or suggesting the paper that I could pick from for the the delicate documents. She stated "you just pick one" and continued working on something else from across the room. If I don't have time today bc I'm ready to go home was a person..it was her. MICHELLE over heard her response and stepped in. Not only did she give me a quick tutorial on how to pick the paper and what I could and could not use. She also went and found some paper (two different kinds) and showed me an example of pretty much she thought I may want. She was spot on. She lined the prints, copied and completed them in little to no time at all. I lost my Grandmother a few months ago so making copies of her documents had to be right in my eyesight.
