This gym is big, fully equipped and not too busy. The cardio room kind of sucks because it's in a windowless spot but, there are TV's. We bodybuild so I didn't try the group fitness. Clean locker rooms, lockers work, water available - seems fresh. Staff is friendly, there is a nice private parking lot...it's about a 7 minute drive to the nearest juice bar. I tried physical therapy after each surgery but feel I have gotten more from Pilates. I honestly feel that if it was not for Ellen's individual program for my body needs, I would probably be using a walker. Instead, I am able to walk 2 miles a day, garden and have complete mobility. It's a pretty, intimate space, and they have mats and props for you to borrow if you don't have your own with you. I am just in town for a business trip, but I'll definitely be back!
