What constitutes "best" you ask? Well... not once did I look at the clock to see if it was over yet!!! LOL. On a serious note, the music was amazing, the choreography was strong, and the instructor, Shae, really knows her stuff.. not just the dancing but the fitness aspect of it, which is so important. So I found this wonderful group Inspirationz and I have been attending since January 14th. I enjoy it so much. Ms. Shae is a wonderful instructor and she works with you. You don't go to her class just to dance. She is serious about inspiring others in a special way. When I first started I didn't know any of the moves and even how to move, I am not coordinated at all. However, I have learned so much since I've been attending zumba and I love going. I learn something new every time I attend a class. I can tell a difference now from when I started I feel very energized and don't want to miss a class. I love it.

The core and arm strength required is intense! Not to mention the discomfort of the hammock in general is something that requires some getting used to.. We went through the basic "neutral" position, then lead into an inversion, starfish, inverted pigeon, and flying kick (hope i got the terms right, lol) I was pretty excited that I was able to hit them all on the first try! Ana was a great instructor and now I cant wait to go back to try some of the other classes! Silks, pole dancing, lyra... And I am especially excited to see the Aerial Circus Twisted Fairy Tale performance coming up on October 19th!

RAD Studios Spring Show was tonight. Serious props to RAD Studios, the whole show was well put…read moretogether and looked great. All the dancers really worked their hearts out and it showed. The best thing I saw about the whole show was how obvious the instructors and kids were really a family. From the smallest to the older kids, everyone had a great time and loved what they were doing. One other thing I have to mention, RAD did something at the start of the show that surprised me. They had a young lady come out and sing our National Anthem. I would have never expected that at a dance show like this and it really blew me away! Thank you RAD for keeping our nation at the forefront of how we live here in Otero!
