Lisa the manager is outstanding always very helpful. When I enrolled Lisa gave me a business card for Oscar Carranza, personal trainer who would give me a one complimentary session. I didn't take the offer but I often see him assisting patrons. They regularly shampoo the carpet, so the gym always looks like new, no bad body odors like in other gyms. The only thing recommendation is to improve the cleanliness of the exterior. There has been debris in the same spots for a long time. They should reach out to the management of the plaza to take better care of the exterior of the businesses and the parking lot.

I tried physical therapy after each surgery but feel I have gotten more from Pilates. I honestly feel that if it was not for Ellen's individual program for my body needs, I would probably be using a walker. Instead, I am able to walk 2 miles a day, garden and have complete mobility. It's a pretty, intimate space, and they have mats and props for you to borrow if you don't have your own with you. I am just in town for a business trip, but I'll definitely be back!
