What a great group of Coaches and Warriors with NO QUIT!! It was a great workout and Coach Johnny helped me with pointers that allowed me to complete 20 rounds of 20point2 I was very determined to finish with a half-decent time as I had a 12-year-old Warrior Maiden on the rack beside me banging out Toes to Bars. In the end, although spent and half alive, I had a great time with a group of great people at Crossfit Spokane valley!! Drop-in if you're a Crossfitter and you're in the area.

But soon enough, I started feeling the difference in my strength, balance, and flexibility. We have been going to MDRNfitness for over a year now and we love it. I cannot praise Amber and all of the instructors enough. They acknowledge and celebrate every milestone we achieve and there's so much encouragement from everyone, from the teachers to the other people who work out there. It feels like a family and everyone is welcomed and encouraged. The workouts are only 45 minutes long, and they seem to fly by. The instructors are knowledgeable and fun, and I always feel like I'm working out with family and friends. Everyone is so friendly and makes it fun to work out. starting as early as 5:15 am and going as late as 5:30 pm, which makes it easy to fit into my schedule. Feels so good to be back in the studio again! Lagree is one of the hardest strength training work outs you can do while at the same time it's very forgiving on the joints. You'll raise your heart rate, sweat, and shake while moving as slowly as possible under constant tension. You'll see visible changes in your body from doing this work out. Don't be intimidated by the amazing brand new megaformers in the studio. Amber the owner and lead instructor was great at helping new clients become familiar with the equipment and how to use it. I called ahead and said I was going to be about 10 minutes late for a physical trainer appointment…read moreand they did not say anything about that it's only half hour long maybe you would like to reschedule it?Instead they let me show up and then I asked if I need to change or not and the lady says yeah go ahead I'll let her know you're here and then I go change come back takes me 5 minutes more so it's 15 minutes in then I stand around the front desk waiting for this trainer to show up and the lady is busy stocking the cooler & doesn't pay any attention to me and doesn't tell me where I need to go or anything and apparently she never told the trainer I was there so she was in her office waiting for me but nobody told me where her office was to go there until after I used up my appointment time. So when I finally get back there to talk to her and begin my appointment, at long last, the lady acts like she could care less and says well we have 9 minutes she said like with an attitude of total indifference. I asked if she had an appointment immediately after mine? She says "that's how I work" and her tone was still very uninterested in the fact that I just stopped everything I was doing to come down here, changed my clothes, etc.. She just chews her gum and looked at me like I can't event find the word for how disrespected it made me feel.. yeah I would not recommend Eva to be your physical trainer

Only slight negative is only a handful of treadmills and I don't think I saw a stepmill. I'll check next time - I'll be back :)

Each workout left me feeling great and out of breath. The only reason I am giving this a 4 star instead of 5 is because when I brought a friend to try out the gym, the person who was onboarding her really pushed for a sale. Although I understand this is their job (and I ALWAYS recommend OTF to everyone), my friend said she'd talk it over with her husband and the employee told my friend to call her husband right then and there to discuss a membership. It just left me and my friend with really weird and awkward experience. Overall, love this gym and love my membership, especially because I can travel and work out at any OTF gym.

They'll tell you one thing and do another…read more I have a voicemail that says they will waive my $23.50 service fee for putting a new credit card on file after mine was compromised. When I went in there and put it on file, the lady told me to my face, there would be no service fee. Two days later service fee appeared. When I went in there to ask about it, the owner came out and the end was a result was he called me a meth head and asked me how many years in jail I'd serve served. Lol. Little did he know I'm a triathlete and part of a triathlon team of 150 members. This place has become really dirty inside the last three years, as well. The pool is nasty at the north, south and Valley location. All of them are dirty inside. Rarely do the elliptical or treadmill, machines work. They're always broken down.
