Amy, which is a horrible manager, speaks to people in a belittling manner, and when she comes to store 99 on University, she becomes Racist to say the least. The store Barely has the items half of the week which leaves them to blame the employees, Checks are always late or someone is short which they also blame the employees for when it's really their poor managements problem. they have fired multiple people for simply speaking their minds for not wanting to be treated like children. Amy has a camera in the store that does not belong to the Scooters Franchise which Her and her Husband who doesn't work for the company has access to. Which is very unprofessional and scary for the workers. Its not a safe environment for the workers due to the gossip and unprofessionalism coming from the hiring parties. Amy NEEDS to be fired and investigated immediately.

This place far exceeded our expectations! Clean, organized, with a very attentive staff. Ordered chai latte, café au lait, and iced coffee cake latte. Every one of them was delicious. Our son, who works as a barista, thought the coffee cake latte was exemplary. He loved the foam which was very flavorful. Really sorry that we don't live near here because we would definitely be repeat customers. Especially with the gathering room in the back! I love their vision, printed on their hot coffee sleeves, and my college - age son really appreciated the message handwritten on his cup!

This is Johnston-raised TJ Rude's place, and he is a gem. He and business partner Alex Prins are terrific people, and their North Star is evident at all times. They hire well, and it's a great place to visit. They master Cold Brew, Cold Brew Latte, and Drip Coffee, and even though I have not tried it, I don't have to to know to determine it is great.

I had a day off and was invited to go to a breakfast with my Dad and some other retired gentleman. It was an early Wednesday morning and she greeted us before we were in the door. Sam, the server, has the best patience and sense of humor anyone could hope for. My table of retired men had nothing but good things to say about her and all the teasing they have given her.
