Feels like a dudes coffeehouse. Although that's just my feel. :). Great bagels. Had a black coffee. Service was great and atmosphere just a bit rustic. Back of shop seems to have storage or some new construction coming? Not a lot of indoor seating but was enough on the day we went.

Nice little no frills coffee shop in a very restaurant limited town. When we arrived there was a small line. The guy running the register was making coffee and was very friendly. We did not order food, just drinks. It was around St Paddy's Day so I had a Bailey's latte. It was good as far as taste was concerned but not very hot. I would have appreciated some more warmth but flavor was good. I'd definitely return to support this little local shop.

Recently diagnosed with type 2 diabetes, those delicious scones are a no no for me. Sad face. Maybe even a crying face! The sugar free options are many! I used the mobile order for the first time today. I ordered a Cold Brew with sugar free iced cinnamon top and sugar free vanilla with coconut milk. DELISH! It was ready when I arrived so I could go straight to the back(ish) area for a job interview. It was by my recommendation that we meet there. AND I GOT THE JOB! Along with an amazing coffee! Thank you!!!

Hands down the best coffee and breakfast I've had IN A WHILE! The people are typical Midwest nice, and they are dog friendly!

Great spot for coffee and they have expanded breakfast options as well. Sandwiches, burritos, biscuits and gravy, etc. Nice building too. It looks small but plenty of space/seating in the back and outside as well. Excellent local spot

Good spot for breakfast. Good food and coffee! Fairly small so you need to expect a little wait time.

Brick Street Café is easy to find. It's nestled inside of the Fareway store. Just to the left as you enter. Parking is normal for a grocery store. So no issues there... They also offer a drive-through. It's seat yourself. The seating is a combination of low top tables and chairs and booths. There are a few counter seats as well. The menu is surprisingly large. I know they won Iowa's best tenderloin in 2014...and I hadn't been here yet.... That made my decision on what to order really easy. I upgraded to a premium side of fried mushrooms. For a drink, I went with the unsweetened iced tea. Staci was my server and she did phenomenal. I had a short wait for my food. It came to the table, piping hot. Much to my chagrin there was lettuce and tomato on my tenderloin... But like any good GenXer I fixed it myself and didn't say a word. It's definitely a quality tenderloin. Nice and thick. But not too thick. A very consistent breading. They did a nice job tenderizing it. There were no tough spots at all and it just kind of breaks away when you take a bite. The mushrooms were obviously fresh out of the fryer. I've got the second-degree burns to prove it. Lol I'm okay with that because I sure don't want them cold. Everything was cooked perfectly. Service was wonderful. It's order and pay with your server at the table. I'd put the tenderloin on par with the one at the Dexfield Diner or B&B. https://www.facebook.com/share/18oQ84LDNk/?mibextid=wwXIfr https://thebrickstreetcafe.com/
