After walking in, Brandon let me know there was a bit of a wait but did his best to keep me updated and even assisted me with picking a nail color. My nail tech was also super sweet. She made sure I was comfortable and gave me suggestions on my next service for when I come in to help with my nails. She received a gel…read morepedicure, while I am taking a break from gel because one of my toenails cracked in half from it. I was charged separately for gel removal, which confused me because I have never been charged for something that is normally part of the pedicure service. I was told that because I did not get polish afterward, there was an additional charge for gel removal. Before my card was charged, I explained that this unexpected charge meant neither technician would receive a tip. I tip very well wherever I go, and both service workers missed out on a $20 tip because of this charge. To make matters worse, I still have noticeable gel residue left on several of my toenails. With the gel removal charge my total came up to 109. I told her prior to charging my card that if I was charged a $7 fee for gel removal I would not tip $40. She shrugged her shoulders and minutes later try to refund me. Thank you Posh while it lasted, I've been coming here for a while, I'll now be choosing somewhere else to tip 40%

This was the first time I requested this service. I ended up with a simi square round nail instead. The acrylic does not look natural at all. It sort of resembles a weird looking bubble nail. The color is pretty, but the overall paint job could have been cleaned up more. I'm glad I asked for regular polish than gel! I also got my eyebrows waxed. She stenciled them so I could see what my actual shape was and what the arch that I wanted would looked like. She didn't rush the service, she didn't make me feel rushed (I highly appreciated that).
