The owner also allowed people to work there without a license. I already called her last week to let her know what she's doing is not right but seems like she ignored it and acted like she doesn't speak English. I will report her to the State Board Licensing and to the health department.

I do find that they tend to overbook themselves. When this happens, it's obvious that people get frustrated with the wait, especially when the person books an appointment for a specific time. I will say that a nail appointment takes almost a full hour. Despite the long time that can be spent at the salon, there are some great nail technicians. My gel nails last so long, like a solid three weeks.
